Swift and excellent service. A faulty kitchen tap needed attention. A diagnosis was made swiftly and expertly. A new part was bought and replaced within the hour. The tap then functioned correctly. The young man who came was most polite and friendly and, most importantly, told me at every stage exactly what the fault was and how he would deal with it. On the basis of this first visit I can say that I was extremely happy with the service and the outcome.

Samuel was great, knew exactly what he was doing and managed to source a cap for a very old gas pipe returning the following morning at 8am to fit it. He also kindly removing another redundant gas pipe in the process - which he didn’t charge for. Thank you.

Samuel and team did a great job implementing a high pressure tank and pump and system in my house to increase pressure in all showers, upgraded my underfloor heating system to use quieter variable flow pumps and also made my water softener system more secure.
