Have been using them for years for boiler servicing. They are always on time, polite and take the trouble to put on CSI style overshoes on entry.
Obviously their workmanship is 100% (they've kept my aging boiler alive long passed it's use by date.)
Importantly they don't "invent" work and they charge what they say said they were.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
new programmer fitted
Programmer for my gas boiler was not working properly. Two engineers arrived promptly. Fitted new programmer. One of them also helped me to remove bathtaps as I needed to put them in limescale remover (this was not part of scheduled job).
After the visit, I needed to change the programmer to run 3 times a day, rather than twice, as I had ordered from the Italian Plumber. no instructions for this.
They put me in touch with technical support but eventually had to visit again. There was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing about this but they finally agreed there would be no charge.

I've had numerous issues with my boiler in the past and The Italian Plumber has been the only company to manage to solve and correct the problems. Recently, my boiler expansion vessel was flat meaning I had no heating. The team went above and beyond to get someone to me as quickly as possible, asking engineers in the local area to try squeeze me in if they had any spare time between jobs. One and half hours after making the call, my heating was back on! Big thank you to Sharon and Manu for making such an effort!
High standard - fair pricing
We have used them a number of times. They always turn up on time, work efficiently and clean up thoroughly after themselves. Recently the main board of our central heating boiler died. They diagnosed the problem, found a replacement locally and installed it within an hour so that we wouldn't incure any additional charges. I'm quite sure other plumbers would stretch the job out over most part of the day just to bump the price up. This is why we keep using the Italian Plumbers. Their work is to a high standard and their pricing is fair

We needed to replace some major components in the property’s water system. The work was done effectively and the operators worked quietly and unobtrusively. The working areas were left clean and tidy. A very satisfactory experience. We have used The Italian Plumber over several years for routine CH service and maintenance but this was a first for a more major job. No regrets.
I used the Italian Plumber to replace a built-in shower unit. The whole experience was really painless and easy, from the admin staff through to Frederico who replaced the shower. Frederico turned up when he said he would, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely use them again.
Update: I used the Italian plumbers (Shane) again a couple of months later to install an outside tap and repair another built-in shower. Once again, top marks for service, quality and friendliness.
Excellent service from The Italian Plumber
Shane from The Italian Plumber efficiently fixed a leak in our kitchen. He explained the problem, fixed it and gave advice - very helpful.
He also went out of his way to investigate a different problem we had with our shower pump, discussing it with the manufacturer to find the problem. I’ve used The Italian Plumber several times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. Thank you Shane and The Italian Plumber.
