Absolutely love this place. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of gun shops for work and personal. They stock pretty much everything I’m ever looking for. Not junk brands but quality products. I always look forward to going into there. And a shoutout to Maggie that works there. Been working with her this week on a couple cans. She knows her stuff on the suppressors and the suppressor paperwork/process. Rarely do I work with anyone on their game as well as her to make sure the paperwork gets going quickly and smoothly with any questions I have along the way.

Don't go, it always sucks you in. 😂 Do I really need that new pistol------ uhhhhhh no Doy. I love that they also support the local shooting teams/clubs and kids. I've had great experiences with several of their salespeople.

We were looking for me a new EDC. A few people helped us and everyone was amazing, but Dustin in the Idaho Falls, Idaho store was/is amazing. He is knowledgeable, friendly and you can leave feeling confident with the advice he's given you.

I went in looking for a rifle but unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock—right model, but not the caliber I wanted. Chandler spent nearly an hour with me going over scopes, rings, caps, and even walked me through suppressor options. Even mounted it all on another rifle similar so I could see how it looked. Super knowledgeable and helpful the entire time.
A week later I found the rifle I wanted at another shop and brought it to The Gun Shop. Chandler helped me put the full build together, and it turned out perfect. For how busy the shop was, they still made me feel well taken care of.
I’ve seen a couple of reviews about people not being served, but honestly, just avoid Saturdays—Idaho definitely loves their guns. If you want great service, go during the week and ask for Chandler.

Chandler was absolutely amazing! He answered all of my questions and spent an hour with me showing me different guns and seeing what felt most comfortable. When I decided what I liked, Chandler showed me all the features and how it operated, how to take it apart, and went through the cleaning process. Would absolutely work with him again!

I worked with David Henry, got a Tavor X95 the other day. Didn't know a lot about it, but David went above and beyond explaining the firearm, it's history, and strong points. His product knowledge is exceptional, and he knows his inventory very well. Excellent customer service, I will definitely be coming back!

I love the gun shop. Great customer service. If they don't have a gun in stock, they can special order for you, and they match prices. I recommend them over any other gun dealer in town 💯
