Phillip took care of the timer situation .
He replaced the dead batteries and gave us a tutorial on setting the timer. He also gave us an instruction manual.

Over several years our community HOA has been doing business with Jeff and Scot at Elegant Lighting. We have three separate projects designed, installed, and preventative maintenance contracted. The first project involved site visits by several qualified vendors but Elegant Lighting won us over easily. Price was good. Product quality was impressive.References were glowing. All of these factors would have been enough to seal the deal but the hands down differentiating factor was the level of customer interaction by both Jeff and Scot. These guys even came out on the first two projects bringing lights, transformer, wiring, and sensor as live demos for the whole community to witness and provide input. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Also, my son hired them for his new home exterior lighting as well.
If you are doing new lighting get Elegant Lighting from the design phase to on-going service/maintenance. You will de-lighted (pun intended).
