The law firm was very helpful during my bankruptcy process. Carson and Rueben were very professional and friendly. Carson was outstanding. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had. It was very overwhelming and stressful, but she was very supportive and understanding on what I had gone through with the creditors. I highly recommend the Howze Law Firm and they will guide you every step of the way.
Glad that I found out how this firm operates. Telling me to consider getting a job before they would do business with me, which I'm clearly out for medical reasons...just had surgery!
It was clear they were more interested in sizing up my wallet than understanding my legal needs. For a profession that’s supposed to stand for fairness and advocacy, the lack of respect was shocking.
Edit: I completed your online intake form, submitted it with confirmation and even spoke with their receptionist Reuben several times, who scheduled the consultation day and time. Instead of offering help, I was told my file was looked over and it was determined I couldn't afford it “needed to get a job” and when I do to call back . As an attorney's office I'm sure calls are recorded, pull it and ask Reuben what did he tell me !
Now, after all that, they’re claiming they have no recollection of who I am, I have all emails, calls and now texts apologizing how it was handled by Carson.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect is unbelievable. If this is how they treat potential clients before you even walk through the door, I can only imagine how they handle actual cases. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or reliable service.
