Hi. The Hearing Space was brilliant. The Audiologist was extremely professional, intelligent, considerate, friendly and put you at your ease immediately. He was very happy to answer questions or concerns and gave you the time and space needed for the treatment. I would definitely go to him again and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone else. This was the first time that I have had a hearing test. Paul was very calm and took time to give me full answers to explain all the results. It was interesting to learn about which frequencies are harder for me to hear. I was a little concerned about the process of having moulds done in my ears because I don’t like the sensation of putting things in my ears, however, he put me at ease and did the process with each ear separately. I am looking forward to using my new custom made earplugs.

Thank you Kevin for your kind review. Unfortunately, some of the bigger high-street providers of hearing care all too often 'sell' hearing aids, rather than provide good advice and care. People are 'leads', selling hearing aids is a 'conversion'. We do things differently and always provide honest, accurate advice. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I recently saw Paul Shaw after experiencing some hearing loss, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paul was incredibly reassuring, professional, and thorough throughout the whole appointment.
