Professional and Reliable!
We hired Happy Outlet a year ago to help fix a small disaster that a different contractor left behind. They got our oven reconnected and returned later to replace its ancient outlet, but more importantly, they pulled me aside during the safety check and explained how our circuit breaker was getting ready to die. (We live in an older home, and we're pretty sure that the original electrical work was done by a half-trained squirrel.) Even though the panel came as an unpleasant surprise, Tony explained everything clearly and patiently as we debated costs.
We've been members ever since. The thorough safety checks help give me peace of mind, and Happy Outlet's people never shy away from the weird situations they find with our outlets and wiring. They also communicate well, are reliable with appointments, and - as a gal, this is always a concern - they explain everything professionally and without sounding condescending. They seem like they really care about the work they do. These days I am happy to call them to help us upgrade our lighting fixtures and outlets as we try to bring our home into the 21st century.
They also don't scare my cats. I'm not sure how they pull that off. Must be a company secret.
