Nate was great to work with. He came out for a pre-service visit and was extremely communicative throughout the process. What stood out most was how much time he took to walk through everything with me—he answered all my questions in detail and made sure I fully understood the options before moving forward. Nate did an outstanding job! He ensured that the electric outlets were contained and properly fire safe. He also had to cut away part of a cabinet i order to install the extended electric box and cover. This work was as the result ofa installed tile backsplash that made reinstallation of the electrical sockets impossible without the extended electrical boxes. He replaced the gfi associated with the circuit. All work we requested and made it look perfect against the refacing of the kitchen which we completed. We highly recommend Nate and Happy Outlet.

Ray from Happy Outlet was amazing. We had a kitchen outlet issue that wouldn’t reset, and he came out even though he was already on his way home. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad GFI outlet, explained everything clearly, and fixed it fast. Super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. It’s not easy to find someone that reliable. Highly recommend Ray and Happy Outlet—we’ll definitely be using him again.
