We are so happy we found ATService Handyman! We found ourselves facing a problem with our remodel (we were unable to mount a TV due to the older nature of our home) and needed some professional help. I reached out to Anton (the manager of ATService) around 8:00pm in the evening via text. He promptly replied and had us scheduled for 2:00pm the next day! Wow! Anton and his teammate were very punctual and very polite. They were able to solve the problem we had with our remodel in under 2 hours. They were very detailed and even fixed up some holes in the drywall that we had made when working on the project the day before. They even asked if we had any of the paint so they could help us retouch the paint. This was very unexpected because it was above and beyond the job! Anton tidied up the space nicely and was very reasonably priced. I saved ATService Handyman in my phone contacts while they were here so I can quickly call them again when needed! Highly recommended!

I needed a spice cabinet and clothing racks assembled. They were able to get me booked the next day. They were on time, removed their shoes and went to work! It took about three hours to complete everything. They even took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the location and set up before they left. They cleaned up after themselves, which is always nice! Although I don't always choose the lowest offer, they beat everyone else's offer as well as schedule availability. I was very satisfied and would definitely hire them again. Absolutely great service!

Needed exterior door leak repair. I responded to their first question of "Did I have the repair piece?", and my answer was "No". I have heard nothing from them since. I'm a novice on my computer so I don't know if I severed our connection, or what.

We strive to provide reliable service, and in our communication, we understood that the specific hardware required for your repair was difficult to source.
Since we install what customers provide or what’s available locally in hardware stores, when you mentioned that the piece was hard to find, it made the process more complex. The inspection report you provided was from 2021, and it appears that no one has been able to address the issue since, likely for the same reasons.
We do our best to respond quickly to our customers, but unfortunately, in your case without the necessary hardware or materials readily available, there wasn’t much more we could do. We appreciate your interest and hope you will understand.

I highly recommend Anthony and Alex. They were quick to respond and gave me a fair estimate ahead of time via email for my list of tasks. They were detail oriented in their work and cared that I was satisfied. They fixed broken floor vents, corrected a crooked dishwasher installation, and fixed doors that were not properly lined up with the strike plates. I threw one curveball at them which was to install trim on the sides and bottom of a custom kitchen counter. This was not an "off the shelf" job and they creatively made up pieces of trim with the materials I had on hand, and installed it. It looked better in the end than I had even hoped.

We've had Aleksander and his family handle a bunch of projects over the last month, and they did a great job on everything!
Projects included mounting large wine racks, interior touch up painting, installing a kitchen hood vent, repairing bathroom fans, fixing fence gates, replacing the hardware on a sliding glass shower door, installing closet doors, and remounting various interior doors.
They are responsive and arrived on time for each project. They have a can-do attitude and came up with some creative solutions, which we really appreciated as some of our projects were not straightforward or easy. Their prices are quite reasonable, especially for the high quality of their work.

Responded to my inquiry (garbage disposal replacement) super fast. It was easy to schedule my job. They rearranged their schedule when my schedule changed. They kept in touch, showed up as promised (and on a Sunday!) and didn't leave until all QC checks completed. Price was very reasonable. They also provided advice for some of my other projects. I'll reach out to them for my future projects.

Absolutely terrific. These guys were terrific. All communication was digital. They accessed my house when I was away and repaired a sticking door and a sink drain. We bought a new kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. Several local hardware stores offered installation services, but at an exorbitant price and only after several weeks wait. Then we found Alex Tomilin, who offered to come over the same day, and at a very reasonable fee. He did a very thorough job, was very knowledgeable and skilled in his work, tested everything when it was finished, and then cleaned up everything nicely afterward. We are definitely happy that we found him, and I am sure we will use him again whenever we have another repair job around the house.
Quick to reply and set up a window to check out the job and provide an estimate. We had an exterior security door that needed to be reinstalled - they did fast work, and at a great price. Gladly recommend and would work with them again!
