The Handrail People provided and install a number of handrails around my parents garden. There were several on the exit points from the house and also down the longer steps towards the rear of the garden. A mixture of freestanding and wall mounted styles. The whole process was nice and straight forward, from the initial survey to the ifnal installation. My parents were very please with the work done, and the installers who were polite, efficient and made sure to clean up on completion. Overall a great experience and recommended.

The Handrail People supplied and fitted the handrail up to our front door, as shown in the photo. Although they are based on the coast we found them to be very competitive, compared to more local companies, we are in North London. We chose a simple but elegant design from their wide portfolio, which was then tailored to our requirements. The process from the initial quote to installation was very smooth and included a site survey and a drawing of our handrail. We are pleased with the quality of the handrail and would have no hesitation on recommending them.

I needed a handrail for some garden steps, and approached The Handrail People. The steps were very carefully measured and eventually a beautiful drawing was sent for approval. Richard and Sean came to fit the made-to measure handrail, and took great trouble to ensure it was all just right. I am delighted with the outcome. The price was not unreasonable. I have no hesitation in warmly recommending this company. One caveat, a result of their popularity is a long wait.

We are extremely happy with our handrails which were installed last week. It was a fairly lengthy process but absolutely worth the wait. The finished product looks good as well as being very sturdy and will be of great benefit to not only my husband whose mobility is quite impaired but also an assistance to me. Their appearance is really in keeping with our garden and home and doesn't just look like a mobility aid which was important to us. Thanks again to all concerned.
