Hallowed Halls is truly a special place, and the people behind it are the reason.
From the very first walk through, the energy of the space was undeniable: warm, intentional, creative, and welcoming. It immediatley felt like a venue run by people who genuinely care about the expereince, not just the booking. Deanna and Justin were incredible partners throughout the process, helping shape everything from set design and coordination to audio recording with a level of care and thoughfullness that went far beyond expectations. Chase was an absolute pro at front of house, handling sound check, live acoustic adjustments mid-show, and the overall flow with quiet confidence and precision. Cooper was fantastic to collaborate with on lighting, helping bring the room to life in a way that felt cinematic and intimate.
What stood out most was how cool, collaborative, and dialed in everyone was from start to finish. Nothing felt transactional. Everything felt intentional.
If you are an artist, producer, or anyone looking to create something meaningful and not just "host" an event, this is a rare space with an even rarer team behind it.
Cannot recommend Hallowed Halls enough.
I just can't say enough how much fun we had at The Hallowed Halls! Deanna, Justin, and their team really made the experience flow so smoothly and comfortably for us. We had our pre-wedding welcome party here a couple weeks ago and out of the whole process, this was one of the easiest parts of our whole wedding. There was plenty of room for our guests to mingle, dance, eat, drink, and enjoy all the cool nooks and crannies of the space. So many thank yous to the team!
This building is a historical landmark! Built to be one of the Carnegie libraries they built across the United States. It has been remodeled into The Hallowed Halls! 3 recording studios with a very large space in studio A that can hold an entire chorus or brass band. This room is also used to record music videos, have weddings, Church services, company conferences and many more!
They have keyboards, organs and several guitars! Go in for a tour, check the place out and you will want to have your next album or wedding there! It's beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the engineers are extremely talented. You can bring in your own engineer if you want to. It's a place you need to experience.
I dropped by to talk with someone about my upcoming recording project. The front door was open, so I walked in, to what appeared to be an empty space with no personnel. I walked around to find someone and was then stopped by a young man telling me I had to make an appointment to talk to someone. He obviously didn't want to engage with me, and didn't ask why I was there. He just wanted me out. Is this any way to run a business? I was already there, they weren't busy, so why couldn't he just give me the tour and give me the info I wanted? I'll be looking for another studio that is more cordial and is interested in my business.

Sorry to hear about that Greg. The studio here is by appointment only so that artists can have privacy while recording. Unfortunately you came by at a time when the young fellow who was cleaning the place had left the front door open. Our apologies for the misunderstanding. I'm the chief engineer here and I would love to talk with you about your recording project. Feel free to reach out via email to recording@thehallowedhalls.com and we can set up a time to get together. I think you would really enjoy the place.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Hallowed Halls back in September, and cannot speak highly enough about how great everything was! Sahale and her team were incredibly helpful and great at adapting and meeting our needs. After two previous short notice cancellations, we were left scrambling and more than a little desperate to find a good venue for our reception. We could not believe our luck! Our guests ( approx 70 people) were comfortable and also loved the unique details of the space. Thank you all SO much!
