Had our communal carpets cleaned. Brilliant job, highly recommend. Excellent customer service, reliable and friendly with all our residents. So much so David was welcomed back to do individual apartment carpets and ovens as well for majority of the apartments! Will be our go to in the future. Couldn’t be happier.

The glass on my Bosch oven door had come loose and I contacted The Good Homecare Company as they had so many excellent recommendations. They gave quick and polite responses via email and David came round the next day (on a Bank Holiday, no less!) and fixed the oven - no mess, no fuss - thank you Lisa & David!
I arranged to have my oven cleaned. It wasn’t even really dirty except for the grill. I took me 3 attempts to clean the oven after it was done. Loads of smelly white chemical residue left on the inside of my oven and grill. There was no way I was going to cook my food in it. Each time I wiped this residue off more dirty grease came off that hadn’t been cleaned off the oven and grill interior either. I most definitely wouldn’t use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Rather I’d advise them to avoid wasting their money. I have kept some photos but I don’t seem to be able to share them.
