Our 15-year-old EZ GO 36-volt cart needed new batteries and cables. Tyler was super responsive, and we made arrangements to have them replaced today. He showed up on time and kept me updated on when he would arrive. he did an excellent job and gave me some valuable information about the batteries and my cart. He's meticulous with his work and makes sure everything is done correctly the first time. We will definitely use him in the future.

I noticed our golf cart running really slowly. I was able to get in contact with Tyler and schedule an appointment later the same week in the convenience of my own home. No need to pay to have the golf cart delivered to a repair shop or wait over a month for a just diagnostic test.
He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide solutions.
Communication was great throughout the whole process, and he kept us well updated.

The Golf Cart Guy made everything so easy! He showed up to our home (so much easier than trying to get it picked up and taken somewhere)! He figured out the problem quickly, (his knowledge is amazing), provided an estimate same day and came back to fix it super quickly! His prices are very reasonable and his reputation for quality service can’t be matched!
Had him come out to my home for a power issue with my 2007 ezgo and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Albeit it was costly due to the fact that the person I purchased the golf car from upgraded the motor and controller to run on 48v but kept the cart a 36v. I upgraded to 48v and the cart runs perfect and last a lot longer then an hour. Thanks for the help! 100% would recommend.
