I recently purchased a pair of glasses from The Glasses Factory and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff especially usman who helped me find the perfect frames. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of styles to choose from. They also got meta powered eyewear and lots of great options for kids. The quality of the glasses is outstanding and the frames feel well-made. I've been using them for a few weeks now, and they are incredibly comfortable to wear all day long. also, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the product. The whole process, from eye exam to picking up my glasses, was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend The Glasses Factory for anyone in need of new eyewear or eye checkup. I'll definitely be coming back for my future optical needs.

Just recently purchased some Oakley frames and lenses from these guys service from start to finish was exceptional. They had a range of frames from Tom ford to Ray ban meta. Going to the opticians is daunting especially if you haven’t been in many years but the eye test to selecting frames I was made to feel at complete ease. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Very professional informative and friendly staff. Nothing was a problem for them as I have complex vision. They were great with children aswell as you could Imagine them running around but kept them at bay. 10/10 will be returning and definitely recommending to family and friends. Keep up the great work. Fantastic service as a first time customer in the Metro Centre branch. All staff were really lovely and very interested and thorough. The staff all seemed very happy and I can say that I have converted from specsavers as I feel the service is far better and the glasses range are on trend. Where do I start. Had my eyes tested at a well known large retailer and afterwards visited the glasses factory to order some prescription sun glasses and some glasses for work. Once they arrived the glasses made me feel very disoriented and borderline drunk. Expecting this to subside over a day or two I left with my new purchases. 4 days later and I was the same. I contacted the glasses factory who asked me to go back in for an eye test with them. They then found my prescription to be incorrect. Obviously by this point I was extremely disappointed thinking my glasses wouldn’t be re-glazed int time for my holiday but without hesitation they sorted everything and with time to spare. I won’t be going back to the large retailer and will be in fact returning to the glasses who looked after me so well. I couldn’t thank any of the staff enough for their patience and understanding and expertise in understand what the issue was from just an explanation. 100% recommend and I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Significantly more Express than some other places! Through my own stupidity (pocket, glasses, keys...) I got a massive scratch in my line of vision in my current pair of glasses. Phoned up to see if I could get replacement lens. Unfortunately my prescription had expired; so no. However, I was booked in for a eye test within the hour. Because I wanted the premium Zeiss lenses (which take a few days to order), my existing frames were fitted with new lenses to the new prescription. All completed from 2 hours after I picked up the phone. Amazing service and a lovely team.
