I picked my new specs up last night ,from start to finish I can say the professional attention I got was second to none and the end result was two of the best pair of glasses I’ve had, I got my first glasses here and they were perfect 7 years ago in Blaydon, my last ones were from where the footy referee tells you to go( they’re ok but I was never happy with them !)now these are perfect ,what I will say is my new ones were more expensive but now I know why, if you can spend a bit more go and get what you really want from these guys, you won’t regret your decision.

Highly recommend they will never let you down, very friendly and helpful. Usman and other staff have been really helpful all the way through my experience and the optician Bilal is great. They are so respectful and always have a wide range of specs/new stock will always find something you like. Will never use any other optician - keep the great work up. Thank you all! May you all be rewarded!

He was polite , kind and very friendly towards me. Customer service isn’t something you get taught, it’s something that you have already inside you. The best experience at an opticians I’ve ever had! I have had more answers and explanations about my little girl’s eyes today than I have had in 6 years. Bilal was absolutely brilliant… and was SO good with her. He took time to explain things clearly and at a level that she could understand and was so thorough when testing her eyes. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the whole experience was excellent. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Went to have my eyes tested Monday Was told to go and see my GP Got an appointment Tuesday morning 9:am at the gp Hospital appointment Thursday morning 9:00 Found to have had a slight stroke Without the help from this excellent optician god my life could have changed for the worse So cannot rate them high enough
