I had a long wait for my flight, so I was looking for something local and relaxing to take up my time and this was perfect! I had a massage and a facial, and i left feeling so refreshed. The space was so clean and the staff were so friendly. Everything was fairly priced, the massage was thorough and meticulous. (you could tell she was very good at what she does!). Would definitely come again!

Ci siamo stati ieri dopo esserci già stati più volte e ogni volta è una conferma: spa curata, pulita e davvero rilassante, perfetta per staccare la spina. Chi esegue i massaggi è selezionato con molta cura: ieri Giulia, ad esempio, è stata bravissima, professionale e delicata. Staff gentile e molto disponibile. Super consigliata!

Giornata super rilassante e rigenerante!
Ho avuto il piacere di passare il pomeriggio all'interno della spa. Spazi super puliti, ambiente molto tranquillo e intimo. Sono compresi sauna, bagno turco, doccia scozzese, idromassaggio e percorso emozionale. Dalla sala principale dove si possono gustare ottime tisane, si può accendere anche ad una parte esterna che comprende una piscina.

Pomeriggio meraviglioso all’insegna del relax totale. Ambiente molto confortevole, super pulito e profumato. Il fatto che gli spazi siano non troppo estesi rende l’atmosfera quasi intima, “di casa”.
Oltre agli spazi interni che comprendono sauna, bagno turco, percorso emozionale e piscina Idromassaggio, dalla stanza principale si accede anche ad un giardino all’aperto, anch’esso dotato di piscina.
Super iper consigliato!!!!

Visited mid November, very quiet. It felt like we book whole spa for ourselves. Paid for a couple massage and access to spa €180. Spent 2h in there. Towels, robes and disposable slippers and pants were provided.Very relaxing, clean and great location. There is a pool outside (clean and good size), we didn't use it due to the cold weather. Pool and jacuzzi inside, good size with warm water. Sauna and steam rooms clean, not the biggest but it wasn't a problem as the place was very quiet.
Erika was the lady looking after us. She was very helpful, polite and attentive. Swedish massage was lovely I will definitely come back, next time for a girly weekend away 😉

Très surpris par tous ces avis positifs, pour ce spa et ses prestations.
L'endroit qu'il faut réserver et payer en supplément de l'hôtel, 15 € de l'heure par personne, est ridiculement petit.
Un sauna, un hammam, une douche et un bassin ressemblant plus à un pédiluve qu'à une piscine.
Bref, c'est ridiculement petit et ne justifie en rien le prix demandé.
J'ai réservé un massage relaxant de 80 minutes à 110€, et me suis endormi, tant les gestes de la masseuse étaient soporifiques et insignifiants.
J'avais réservé un massage pour mon épouse auparavant et après lui avoir relaté mon expérience, elle m'a demandé d'annuler.
Hélas, après avoir tenté à plusieurs reprises d'annuler ce rdv, le spa voulant me facturer celui-ci, j'y suis retourné le lendemain, en demandant cette fois un massage tonique.
Là encore, une catastrophe et cette impression d'être massé par un robot récitant sa leçon, évitant soigneusement de masser le muscle fessier, qui soit dit en passant est le plus gros muscle du corps humain, celui qui concentre une grande partie des tensions...massage sans le moindre intérêt, ne procurant aucun effet de bien être lorsque vous quittez la salle.
Regardez mes autres avis et vous verrez que je ne suis pas un néophyte en matière de massage, ayant vécu en Asie et propriétaire d'une maison à Bali.
Le massage est un art, la gentillesse ne suffit pas, celui du garden Space est mécanique, ennuyeux et hors de prix !

Our Urban Spa is a quite place with all the necessary Spa facilities where to regenerate and relax yourself , with a finnish sauna , a steam bath , emotional showers, finnish bucket and a nice whirlpool with garden view.. We would have been pleased if you had taken time for trying this services.
We are also sorry to read that you were not satisfied about the first massage. If we had been informed on the spot we could have done something to improve your experience or to find another solution also for the second massage. Our professional staff are always committed to giving their best, because customer's satisfaction is also ours.
Our cancellation policy is untill 24h before the reservation. Despite being requested to cancel on short notice before it was originally scheduled, our staff took your side,committed themselves and found a solution to rearrange your second reservation to a free slot.

Enjoyed the whole experience of sauna, and facilities are new, which did bring me to relaxation status. Unfortunately the noise of the construction next door is quite loud. I can hear it very well inside the sauna. Paying for the price is not cheap, with this noise is not great. They have good teabag options but only with a paper cup with very strong plastic smell and taste.

Schöne kleine Sauna- und Wellnesslandschaft, die sich direkt neben dem Hilton Garden Inn Hotel befindet. Sie gehört scheinbar mit zu diesem Hotel, muss jedoch extra gebucht und bezahlt werden, wobei Hotelgäste einen Rabatt erhalten.
