They are not here to help you A realtor comp my house at $320,000. I owe approximately $180,000 on the house. The friendly home buyer offered me $180,000 for my house.... Literally what I owed. MEANING THEY WERE TRYING TO WALK AWAY WITH THE $140,000 IN EQUITY THAT I HAD!!! Reach out to your local licensed realtor before ever using a company like THE FRIENDLY HOME BUYER or WE BUY UGLY HOUSES ect

Our family's experience with The Friendly Home Buyer Team has truly been extraordinary. Ryan and the title company were 100% on point at every level through the process. We were about one and a half years into settling our deceased parent's estate with the family home being one of the final assets. After that amount of time attempting to clear out the home and get it ready to sell, we were still totally overwhelmed with everything that remained in the home and at the property. The thought of having an estate sale for unwanted contents and then listing, showing the home, etc. continued to create significant stress for us. This is where The Friendly Home Buyer "as-is" buying and quick closing process really works for anyone in similar situations. I signed a contract to sell my house about 4 months ago with The Friendly Home Buyer outfit. My contact was Ryan. He was so nice and helpful during the whole process. Unfortunately, at about the same time I signed the contract to sell my house my sister became ill and was increasingly weaker. Because of my family crisis I had to extend the time frame of my house selling contract - more than once. Ryan was very kind and understanding about my situation and patient. After my sister passed away, we set up a timeline for completing the move out and money transfers. I sold them the house, got an 80% payment-as I needed some ready cash now - and set up that I would have approximately 30 days to move my stuff out, at which time I would receive the other 20% payment. That worked beautifully. It was “as is” so anything I didn’t want anymore I just left there - including trash. It made it nice as I had accumulated some trash and some materials that would need to go to the hazardous materials part of the dump - paint etc. I would recommend The Friendly Home Buyer outfit. They have a high BBB rating and they did a great job for me.
