Iam not one to write reviews .. or bother about how badly some vendors behave, cos I feel some day that vendor if they keep up the bad behaviour will end up ruining their business. But this one got me.
The amount might seem small but the character and the way this was handled is the reason why iam writing this.
I was sold a fake product and was told all sorts of lies to convince me the product is as they portrayed.
Then I was blocked and ignored.
I have ordered soo many items from this shop and felt based on that my complaints will be heard and handled the right way but clearly they do not value customers, its all about the money.
I have never bin a fan of buying from Nigerian vendors when it comes to products I need to make body care.. my reason.. because there is always some fake item or false claims about what the product they market can do without considering who they are selling to, is also a seller and it will fall back on the retailer. This right here is the 2nd product that was sold to me with false claim as to what it can do, and I gave a chance for the formulator shop to do right, but clearly they don't know what right is. If there is a way to give below 1 star I will, but this is just the beginning of me making sure this doesn't happen to any formulator I know or don't know in the future.
Seen your response what necessary skill will that be??? That a thickness must be poured in a vortex according to you for it to work? Pls explain your solution.. how exactly does a thickner need a VORTEX to work? After sharing my recipe and video of your fake product with you and this is all you could come up with??? Fragrance is clearly not the issue neither is propanediol!! Pls get your facts right and get the proper education about what you sell @theformulatorshop we are not all quacks in Nigeria. Don't make false claims on fake products.
Your 5% discount isn't needed cos I do not plan to buy from you ever again and I will make sure no one falls prey for this also. A refund is also not needed!!

Thank you for your review, We do not sell fake as we are a reputable company. You bought an ingredient and had trouble using it. Cosmetic formulations require having the necessary skills. We provided technical support and did not get feedback on how the solutions went. Unfortunately, you had your mindset and did not listen to the solutions proffered. You requested for a refund which we objected to as there was nothing wrong with the raw materials supplied and you did not give feedback on what happened after trying the solutions proffered. You said you bought so many items, and were unsatisfied with 2 and that itself speaks for us.

I have to say this is one of the best platform,I've gotten ingredients from for my formulation here in Nigeria. They sell the Best raw ingredient and have a great customer service to help assist when you come to a cross road. Thank you formulator shop for giving nothing but the best of the best.👍👍👍👍
