I have been very pleased with the information and support that I have received from the Flip Sisters so far. They are approachable, the information is organized and systematic, and I am empowered to dive into the world of real estate investing, and undertaking that I would otherwise avoid. I said that I was interested in learning more about the company and the real estate business. So I get a call from a women with flip sisters with our scheduled call. We start off a conversation and she asked me what interest me in this market of flipping houses and how long. I told her that I had heard about flipping houses to be about buying homes and renting out. And she said "oh well we don't do that in our program, we don't teach on that" than started asking me more questions about why I want to do flipping houses. I then wanted to ask her a question about what does the mentorship cover exactly since it doesn't cover that. And then she said she wanted to get more information from me so that she could give me a better answer but I told her I needed a direct question answered regarding the program. And that I wasn't interested in telling my story as you call it if the program doesn't offer what I want. And then she said "well I don't think we be a good fit anyway to be honest" well to be honest this came off to me initially as competitive and possibly trying to harvest my buisness ideas without wanting to work with me. Or a vibe of dependency on a mentor or guide vs learning self sufficient job skills for long term. I was a lil off put and taken back and frustrated however THE MANAGER reached out to me and assured me this was not the intention or motives and that we just had a miscommunication! They offered to let me talk to them directly on the phone to see if we could better work together. That does show humility which means the women may have not meant that to come across on a level like that, I did appreciate them reaching back out to provide clairty on the intention and conversation, i decided this wasnt a field i wanted to persue, Thank you!

Joining The Flipsisters community was the best decision I’ve made in my real estate career! The guidance, coaching(coach Kristine and Shari Jo)and support we receive is top notch! I want to say thank you to Coach Blaire for the bonus Sunday meeting, I now know from taking inventory of my schedule and writing down everything I have to do on a daily basis that I need to make some changes and delegate out a few things to someone else because I need the help! That way I can focus more on my business. Taking her suggestion to WRITE DOWN what I have to do on a daily basis opened up my eyes. I’m truly grateful! Now it’s time to make those changes.
