Thank you for taking the time to share both your positive experience and your concerns. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience shifted and that you’re feeling disappointed. That is never how we want any of our FlipSisters to feel.

We do want to clarify a few important points for transparency and accuracy. Our team has reached out multiple times to follow up and offer support, but we have not yet received a response. We are always happy to re-engage and help, and the door is still open to do so.

Additionally, every member who enrolls receives 12 months of Facebook Group access, where our coaches actively respond to questions within 4 business hours during the workweek. This structure is in place specifically to prevent members from feeling stuck or unsupported while working through deals.

That said, we take feedback about tone and communication very seriously. Our intention is always to be respectful, and we’re sorry if any interaction came across otherwise.
