We had leaking water pipes that were beginning to flood our neighbours. Good quality plumbing job can be very tricky with expensive price, but I had a very fair price with good quality job from Josh and Tim. I called Josh on Friday around 4:45pm and sent him several photos, he gave me a quote within 30 mins (as I was seeking quote from the other 3 plumbers simultaneously but two of them were out of duty already and one give a unacceptable price). Then I sent SMS to Josh on Saturday to lock a time he also replied with confirmation.
Tim came to my property today and finished all work and also gave us some very professional advice.
I believe most customers expect good quality job with cost effective price but not a cheap job. Now I know Josh and Tim can meet my expectations. They are local, they are punctual, they are efficient with the passion in their work and they know what they are doing.
