David Farber took the time to listen and to educate me. I am a homeowner dealing with an incomplete roof replacement and water damage, and I had spoken with several attorneys before calling him. He was the first to give me clear, practical direction. He explained construction-defect issues and how claims work with both my homeowner’s insurance company and the roofing contractor’s liability insurer, patiently and thoroughly. He also explained the notice-of-claim process under Chapter 558, Florida Statutes. He listened as I explained how I was using AI to organize my supporting documents, and confirmed that I was heading in the right direction. Two days later he followed up, as promised, with a referral. I came away understanding my options. I highly recommend him and hope to work with him in the future. Attorney David Farber is top-notch.
