Ordered Kadai Paneer with 2 garlic naans. The food was average, but the main issue was the service. I was charged for two naans and received only one. When I called to inform them, the staff member said, “Just order again and come pick it up, I’m too busy.” There was no apology or effort to resolve the mistake.
Additionally, the takeout bag was visibly dirty and greasy, which was disappointing and raises concerns about basic handling and cleanliness standards.
Mistakes can happen, but poor attitude, lack of accountability, and hygiene issues make this a very disappointing experience.
Would not recommend.
Edit: The owner has responded with accusations that are not true. At no point was abusive language used during my call. I simply reported a missing item and asked for a resolution.

The food was so good and was in perfect quantity. We had veg tandoori momos and paneer tikka masala with tandoori roti and everything was delicious. The service by Simran and Jashan was top notch. Loved it!!

For a change food cooked like home in Brampton, I ate so much but did not feel sluggish/sleepy or need hajmola later 😂
Dhaba Chicken Curry 4/5

Amritsari Kulcha 4.5/5 (nearly best in Brampton)

If you are there in busy timing order Kulcha, we were in early lunch and they had to fire the tandoor for us & obviously I can figure out the first couple of items from the tandoor, just a pet peeve & maybe 90% of you won’t even realize it.
Paneer gravy was rich but NOT overpowering, i could finish the bowl and still enjoyed it, wish Paneer pieces were chopped a little larger though there were good amount of them.
Chicken curry was recommended & turned out to be the table favourite, you do need 2+ people to finish it off.
Tandoori Roti/ Amritsari Kulcha were large but not thick so appreciate the cook flexing his fingers and expanding the dough all the way before throwing it in the tandoor 👏
We even got for free gulab jamun each complimentary, so we left a fat tip.
Also, I loved the chola that came with Kulcha, it was light and flavourful and that sirca onion, we finished the whole bowl 🤣
Service was exceptional & not in your face all the time, so loved that aspect too.. again lot of desi bars in Brampton are becoming uptight and nosy, trying to stand out as more canadian or some crap like that.
Unlike some other very famous Brampton desi bars they don’t adjust the quantity of the serving based on the number of people of the table. For example now its a trend, that if 2 people order dal makhni it will be just enough & if 6 people are on the table they will fill it to the brim, thus punishing single diners for larger groups. This place is NOT like that, also they know how to adjust the spice, medium was actually okay so you can definitely bring your videshi date here & have leftovers for the next day lunch like a pro 😅 & act like you did not plan at all🥲
Food is Not super heavy, I was hungry in ~4 hours again, so you can eat nicely & still be game by late night 🥹

Dine-in here for the first time. Tried Dal Makhni, Paneer Lababdar, Garlic Naan and Butter Roti. Curries were great. I felt a scope for improvement in naan and roti. Staff, Service, Ambience is great too. Will definitely visit again.
