The most insightful two days. Iv come away with a clear idea for 2026 and 2027 as well as being sure that I will be set up and ready for show in June with 6 month ahead. Iv loved hearing from all the key note speakers. Especially Cara and Rachel from waters. Very very insideful with so much detail. I can’t wait to do it again next year and take in more information and plan ahead again and be surrounded by other someone who are looking to grow and level up. Thank you Sarah!

Joining the Den has completely transformed our business and most importantly our business mindset. With Sarah’s help and guidance we have put better systems in place to make our business more efficient. We have gained valuable marketing knowledge, this has enabled us to grow our school from around 170 students to over 300! Before we joined the den we were close to burnout, teaching over 20 classes a week, trying to manage it all with no idea how to be business owners. Now we manage staff, teach just a handful of classes, delegate tasks and work on the business rather than in it all the time. Last year we attended Encore to help plan our summer show. This was so beneficial! We thought we were ok when it came ti show planning but Sarah is in another level of organised and ways to increase profit! We have had a number of 1:1 sessions with Sarah and we love and value her time and expertise. She really takes the time to look and understand your school and what we value. Whatever the problem or issue you can guarantee Sarah has faced it before and has the solution! Can’t recommend the Den enough!! It’s amazing!!

I decided to join the Den over other similar coaches as I found Sarah extremely down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly. And I was right. In the last year I had a meltdown and she was straight on the phone chatting through ideas and advice. The other members are also there when you need them for advice, ideas or just a general ‘you got this’. The Den offers a Road Map which is a system you follow to help you cut your workload but also grow your school. It covers everything from your goals to marketing, student retention all sorts. We have zoom trainings with specialists in various subjects and co-working sessions. If you’re pondering- don’t. Just join! I really wish I’d found Sarah sooner.
