Words cannot describe what an amazing experience Cole, Danielle and team has provided. It started when i was in need of a temporary, short term rental. Cole was on my side from the start. He seemed very attentive and passionate about what he does. We became friends from the start. It did not stop there, i gave Cole a shot when i was looking to buy a home. Let me tell you i am thankful i did!! I was treated like family!! The first house he said i think this is the one. Of course we looked at several more. But, Cole was correct, that is the house i purchased! He is extremely genuine, honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and the "pit bull" you need fighting for you!! Danielle was a "God sent". On top of every aspect, with very clear, precise communication, during the process. She made it an unbelievable experience!! All i had to do was listen and sign. She took care of the rest. She took care of the HOA paperwork, roof quotes, insurance quotes, and home inspection and all scheduling. She did it all!! i was very relaxed throughout the entire process, NO STRESS, knowing i had this winning team on my side!! I could write soooo many more great things, but you get the idea. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!

I went in with the highest expectations and confidence I was being represented by a competent, knowledgeable, focused (on me) realtor that wanted to do the best for me regardless of the profit for themselves! I was horribly wrong thinking this way, particularly in South Florida. I was given a lot of lip service throughout being told what he (Mr. Dauito) thought I wanted to hear. Instead, excuses with everything including market fluctuation and numerous lost deals on my home forced me to go elsewhere to get the job done. Over six months on the market and living out of boxes was the final outcome with nothing to show for it but a looming foreclosure. Those looking for a realtor that keeps their word, looks out for their client, does what they are told to do and most importantly CLOSES THE DEAL getting their clients top dollar for their homes should be on alert with this group/company. They are NOT the route to go. Research and BEWARE...

I 100% recommend Cole Dauito if you want to purchase or sell a property. We bought a home from out of state without looking at the property. Cole was very patient and helped us find the property we would love. We were looking for the perfect place for 9 months. Cole was very patient with us. Cole walked several properties for us and sent us pictures, video and had live Facetime calls. Cole and his team are amazing. If I called Cole he always answered the call or texted me that he would call back in a few minutes. We also remotely closed on the home and Cole and his assistant Alyssa Kopp made this process effortless. We are crazy right? Bought and closed on a home without ever seeing it in person?
