I had been wanting veneers for a while. I had done my research for over two years. I wanted to make sure I found the right place and that I would not regret. Well I did! This place is fantastic! The staff is all so friendly and there was not one day that they did not have a smile on their face and made you feel welcomed. I am from New Mexico and they worked around my schedule with no hesitation. Dr. Hay did a great job on my veneers and I love them! I genuinely could not be more grateful to have found this exceptional practice. First off their work is absolutely flawless, incredibly attentive & information. I’m a complex case, I have a long history of just being written off as having bad oral hygiene no matter what I’d do. I could feel the judgement and the dentist used to be a very embarrassing & shameful experience. They actually took the time to look into my history and put together what 15 years of prior dentistry missed. They lifted shame & blame I’ve felt all this years. At no point did I feel embarrassed or judged. They could not have been more sensitive & encouraging through the process. I had to do full restoration after years of medical treatment & medication that were absolutely destroying my teeth. Not only that but I came to them just 4 weeks prior to my wedding. They went above & beyond to get me in & managed to finish my final installation before the big day. My smile was highlight of my bridal photos & has rapidly rebuilt my self confidence.I get so many compliments, I will refer them every single time. I had a full mouth restoration done at the Cosmetic Dentist of Austin in April 2025 and my experience exceeded my expectations in results, service, professionalism, and communication. From my initial inquiry to my most recent follow up appointment, everything has gone as perfectly as I could have asked for. It was an extremely difficult decision to decide on a place for my procedure given the cost, intensity, and importance. My intake was honest and the price I received was fair for how much work I got done, and I was treated with respect, kindness, and care from end to end. I want to especially shout out Dr. Hay, who performed my procedure and was absolutely outstanding. Jen - the patient coordinator, Amber - the treatment coordinator, and Kevin - the finance guy, were also wonderful to work with. The location is convenient and the office is cozy and pristine. I would highly recommend Cosmetic Dentists of Austin for any form of cosmetic dentistry you may need, and know with certainty it was the right place to have chosen.

Amazing results and a truly life changing experience!!! (See before and after pics below) I wanted to take the time and write this review for those who may be thinking about and/or undecided about veneers or a full smile makeover. My teeth were always on the smaller side, add to that being a grinder, and having an even bite (we should have a slight overbite), my teeth became even smaller. I knew that I needed to have them looked at before causing more damage and ruining my smile permanently. By far the best dentists I’ve experienced in my life. Throughout my life I’ve had crooked/missing teeth, and after only a few visits my smile has completely transformed. Now I find myself smiling constantly, and am known in the workplace as “the guy with the perfect teeth”. Huge shoutout to Dr. Hays and the rest of the staff at The Cosmetic Dentists of Austin.
