I am BEYOND GRATEFUL to Alexandra and the confectionist bakery team. I purchased the personalised biscuits with Royal icing. I wanted the background to be an Italian flag with our families inside jokes written on top to gift my papa. Special shout out to Alexandra who was so kind, helpful and patient with me and helped turned my vision into a reality. And despite how busy they were for Father’s Day, they were able to design 30 biscuits and get it quickly and safely delivered! I am so grateful to the artists as the biscuits looked INCREDIBLE and made my papa laugh so much. I highly recommend The Confectionist Bakery. Not only is there art (cookies/biscuits) amazing but their team deeply cares about you and your experience. Thank you once again The Confectionist Bakery team for creating a judgement free space and helping me bring joy for Papa Day💗

defo try them out I found them randomly when i was out one night and have been absolutely obsessed since! Their cookies are so fun to split and are reasonably priced compared to other stores. Genuinely these are the best cookies I've ever had, and I always recommend them to my friends.

Ok so I live in the United States (The Sopranos area) & was looking for a yummy gift to send to my niece and her family. I looked at a few places but the prices were OUTRAGEOUS! The Confectionist website was very warm & inviting plus the prices were so reasonable & the cookies looked delicious so I gave them a try & I am so glad I did!! My niece said they are truly the BEST cookies she's EVER had! The Confectionist will absolutely be my goto spot for yummies!! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing experience with The Confectionist! They created custom cookies for our 29th birthday celebration and they were perfect. Beautifully designed with our Logo, delicious, and such a special touch for the event. The attention to detail was incredible and everyone kept asking where they were from! OMG-YUM! Best cookies EVER-RRRRRRR. Perfect balance of flavours and not too sweet. I ordered 2 of the Valentine's Day boxes with assorted flavours. Baked fresh that morning, individually wrapped & packed well. SOOOO dangerously addictive. I froze some to eat a week later, still fresh and yummy. You guys are magicians. I'm so going to gift this to family & friends. I took a box to an event - BIG HIT! Soul food it is. My fav so far is the Toblerone and Dubai Choc Crunch. Thanks so much Georgia and team for accommodating my early pick up request. Very responsive & accomodating. Your lovely team member who greeted me at the factory was so cheerful. I know why... working with them cookies around, how could you not be?

Ordered the printed iced cookies for a birthday party and would highly recommend them!! The cookies were packaged with so much care upon delivery, not a single broken cookie. The cookies were a perfect balance of sweetness and flavour. Service was also beyond amazing. Shout out to Alex who was responsive and accomodating.

Beautiful and delicious biscuits The Nativity scene biscuits I received as a gift were absolutely delightful! The design was beautifully detailed, and the taste was just as amazing. My husband loved them, and they made such a thoughtful and unique gift. So much care clearly went into every biscuit—it really made the moment special. So the confectionist has great looking iced cookies, cute packaging and inventive flavour ideas, but unfortunately they are extremely lacking in taste. I ordered four online, had the Oreo dream one first thinking it had no flavour as it was vegan… But then all three remaining cookies were thick, hard, gritty, and no flavour at all. I was so excited to try these but I have no idea how they managed to be so dull. Anyone reading this, please save your money and don’t bother $$$$ Thankyou

Their double chocolate chip cookie was divine, you get chocolate chips in every bite!! The flavor was spot on too, but their ice cream didn’t taste any good, it was just cold & flavorless!! So I’d recommend just going for the cookies 🍪 because they won’t disappointed. Overall 8/10
