Huge shout out to Linda and the computer whiz at Computer Mechanics!
I brought in my external hard drive after another place told me it was old and damaged and basically written off. Linda took the time to check it out properly and the technician discovered it was only the casing that needed to be replaced.
Amazing service and honesty — my hard drive works perfectly now! It’s great to find people who take the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of just dismissing it.

Went in for a laptop display replacement with an older Lenovo laptop.
One of the bigger stores gave me an estimate for 4-6 weeks with laptop being shipped to their main branch during the time.
I was pointed to computer mechanics and they let me have the laptop till the time, ordered the part and installed it-all within 3-4 days.
Honest, transparent, knowledgeable and awesome

I had an urgent issue with my computer, urgent for me as I needed my desk top to operate my equipment at my Wellness Centre. They were able to get me up and running the next day before my first client was booked. I was very impressed by the service.

Incredible service as always! I took my laptop in the morning and was told it could be 4 days before it would be ready which was no problem. I received a call later that afternoon, that it was all fixed. Everything that was done and the cost was reviewed over the phone. Everyone is always super honest, friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend
