After having a bad experience buying a pre-made Cyberpower PC from Amazon. I decided that I would try a local shop to build me a custom made PC built to spec of my choosing. Being an ex computer technician myself, I had high expectations. I wanted the machine to perform and to also to be stable. I wanted it to look the part too. After explaining my needs to Gareth, he left me feeling very confident and went about sourcing the parts and provided me with a very competitive quote. When the PC was finished, I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail with the build. All of the hardware had the latest drivers installed, Windows updates and no bloatware. The performance was blistering and far exceeded my expectations.
If you want a friendly knowledgeable service or PC advice, then Gareth and his team are excellent. I couldn't recommend them enough. The after sales is also second to none.

It was our pleasure to build you that beast of a PC
I had an old PC that stopped working and asked for Porthmadog Computers' advice. They offered to take out the hard disk and move data to a refurbished PC. The move was from Windows 8 to Windows 11. The cost of making the transfer and buying the refurbished PC was very reasonable. I'm thrilled with the outcome and I'm impressed with the speedy solution to my request.

Took computer in yesterday to change from windows 10 to 11 unfortunately it couldn't be done ony old computer so had a refurbished one time from them everything done as they said in a really quick this is my second time using them and would highly recommend thanx to staff brilliant service a p daniels

Took my PC in so I could enable secure boot on it, and run a diagnostic. Job was done fast, and professionally and for a very good price. very nice people and they know their stuff, highly recommend!
