Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled a meeting room for Saturday 22nd and I was never given any details about who I was supposed to meet or who would be letting me into the space. I even visited the location three separate times beforehand to confirm access, yet on the day of the meeting, I couldn’t get in. Security had no information, and no one from Common Desk communicated any instructions or support. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a workspace provider. Very poor management from start to finish.
Common Desk Wilmington has exceeded all expectations. The staff make are amazing. Events are fun and well planned. The community they have built in this building is wonderful. Always smiles here. This is a treasure. Hugh shout out to staff. It would just be 4 walls without them. WiFi incredible. Common areas clean and a well stocked kitchen area. Great place to be.
I was travelling last week and needed a space for camera meetings and professional vibe. I was so impressed with this space to work. A perfect location in downtown Wilmington, very clean and well-decorated office, free coffee and snacks. And the most important, very friendly stuff- Emily & Aaron. You can definitely feel a sense of community there! I would definitely work from Common Desk in Wilmington again!
I’ve been coming to Common Desk at energy square since late 2024. It is such a great way to work a remote job with great parking, events, kind people, and a beautiful space. Even among other common desk locations this place stands out as my absolute favorite! The staff are the best here and I hope to be coming here for a long time yet.
As a remote worker, Common Desk Wilmington has truly changed my work experience! My mental health is so much better. The common desk team are like IRL colleagues, that coupled with my remote colleagues, makes for an enriching work experience. From community events to daily chats to coffee, the common desk staff make my work days so bright. I’m so grateful for them.
After switching to a remote role a few months ago, I found myself missing the energy of an office environment. In comes Common Desk. I started with a hot desk membership, but have since upgraded to a dedicated desk of my own. It's fantastic. The environment is really cool, the coffee rocks, and the staff are the best. I throw some weird question or request at Emily and Maggie at least once a week. They never flinch. Would highly recommend if you're looking to get out of the house :)
