Even with that experience, our time working with Nancy Sullivan went far beyond anything we had seen before. From day one, she made us feel completely comfortable. She arranged repair quotes on the spot—often with more than one option—so we could make informed decisions quickly. Her combination of humility, deep knowledge, passion for her work, and warm, friendly personality made us feel as though we were working with a family member rather than just a realtor.
