Very fast and very good at there job no problem with anything the did very pleased will recommend them to anybody that needs air condition work

Unfair employment with this company.. Don't get pay and talk bad about clients. My son was and you screwed him over. Work you like a dog, no sell no money. Get appointments to be set up and then they don't fall through. Finish training and still don't get paid for bonuses. Stop lying to people. Someone works for a whole month and only gets less than $300 to $400 a month. Yeah, company stole his sells and leads and he never got paid for his finished training. People don't work for this crooked company.

Great experience with sales rep and crew, not so much with office staff. Poor communication and attitude ruined what would have been a perfect transaction. I still would highly recommend the company though.

I called and requested service for my system. They discussed the options for service plans avaliable and I decided on the yearly plan. The were able to schedule someone for that afternoon. Colton, the service technician did an excellent job of informing me about the overall condition of my unit. He performed a complete inspection and we talked about items to address on the upcoming visits.

Very professional and quality work. Josh Cover was our technician and he was friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything well and helped us to pick the most cost effective system for our house.

Making another post. My air conditioner was on the fritz . The Chill Brothers came and serviced my unit. It was running a little funny sometimes, but since the install about a year ago it was working. Sometimes it would get a little warm, but everything would go back working. After Hurricane Beryl the unit started really acting funny. Had to make several services calls to get this straight. I might say every time, I made a call they came and fixed the problem. After the second call they finally got what the problem was. It was a sensor that went bad . My technician Josh Cover took all the information back to Chill Brothers and the replacement my outside unit, because the sensor was on back order. Lenox really too care of us from there. On the day of the install , Josh Cover and Nickolas Francis came by and took care of business. Nickolas Francis was on top of his game. They both worked hard and got my unit up and running in no time. They showed up on time,they was very clean, I didn't know they were working. I would recommend Chill Brothers.

Excellent install, follow up and service

Today I had a Q.A check up on my unit that was put in last week. With Nicholas and Colton 9/6/24.I was very impressed with their knowledgel and professionalism they were very helpful 👍 I hope all of the chill Brothers works are as good as Colton and Nicholas keep up the good work.There information I ask on my A.C.was very professional and helpful ...Thank You From One Of Your New Family Members Of The Chill Brothers.

Josh Cover did a wonderful job of repairing my air conditioner. He replaced the fan blades and motor and then added stabilizing pads so that the air conditioner will be more stable. I want to use Josh for all my maintenance visits. He is wonderful! 😀

Great service and very professional. They had great financing options that I could not turn down so I replaced my 23-year old compressor, furnace, and duct work. Well done!

Thanks to Josh Cover for a quick diagnosis and fix of a starter issue for our AC. Came thru after 5pm on a Sunday on a holiday weekend with a great attitude and I am grateful for his help.
