I have been coming to this practice for over 25 years, and through three dentists! Each has been diligent about providing exceptional care. My hygienist, Meghann, is the best. The office has adopted the latest technology and staff is always concerned with patient comfort. Very happy here.

I have been doing a lot of searching roughly for at least 4 years for the best Dental Implant Dentist. One day as I was watching one of the Television Channels in Houston, Dr. Hanna was the guest along with one of the clinic's client being interviewed. After that episode I decided that " Dr. Hanna " will be that Implant Dentist that i have been looking for. I therefore contacted Comprehensive Dental Group of Houston right away and scheduled an appointment. On day one I was already amazed of the excellent customer service that I received. Everyone in the clinic are very professional, nice and made sure that I was comfortable including my husband . All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. The cost of the Implant and whole process were explained clearly and to me it was reasonable. During the Implant procedure all the staff made sure that I was comfortable and explained all the post procedure expectations. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service that I received. Many Thanks to Dr. Hanna and to all the staff for all the hard work and dedication. I therefore highly recommend Comprehensive Dental Group of Houston for and any Dental services and Implant needs. Update on my review: My final teeth were placed after months of careful adjustments to ensure that it was the right fit. I was so happy and impressed how it looked really good and felt right. The fit is impressive. Many Thanks again to Dr. Hannah and to the whole team of Comprehensive Dental Group of Houston. A very special Thanks and shout out to "KIPP", he is "awesome " He is very knowledgeable, competent, gentle, caring and professional . He helped me so much throughout this process. Again I highly recommend Comprehensive Dental Group of Houston for Dental Implant Dentist. April 20th 2026: I had a follow up visit at the clinic to ensure my dental Implants are in good condition. I was attended to in a timely manner. As usual all the staff are very nice, professional and gentle. I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service that I received. From the time I check in at the front desk, it’s always an exceptionally pleasant visit. You can’t help but love the entire team. I feel welcomed and well cared for when I visit. Dr. Hanna and his team has expert knowledge across all aspects of dentistry. “Top Notch Dental Care” I love this group. They keep me smiling literally! I didn’t see Dr. Hanna today however the hygienist provided exceptional service, extra care tips as all others I’ve been treated by. Thanks for all that you all do!

I will start by saying Dr. Hannah appears to be a knowledgeable doctor, rather quiet but is kind. I cannot in good faith recommend this dentistry to anyone because I received my implants in late 2024, today is Jan 8, 2026 and I still do not have teeth to my satisfaction. This includes monthly visits for over a year, not to mention the mileage and gas on my car. I have never written a review but due to my experience today, 1/8/2026 I decided to share. I was at the check out desk speaking with the receptionist to schedule my follow up appointment. A lady standing behind me proceeded to say she needed to go, the receptionist ask her for a minute, while I was standing there the receptionist reached behind me accepted a card from the lady and assisted her while I was left standing there waiting. I asked for the office manager then left the building without making a follow up appointment. After driving for about 15 minutes and not receiving a call from the office I called and spoke with the office manager; she listened and was apologetic. I assure if anything similar to this happen to me again everyone in that office will know of my experience and dissatisfaction at the very moment it happen.

I will start with saying Dr. HANNA is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and simply amazing. BUT today is not about him. My visit 12.4.25 was 10am, I was advised they were running behind by 20 mins. I finally get called back by a tech named BECKY!! When we get to the back she asked me about xrays, and I could not give a definite answer as to when I had them last..from that point until I left this girl ..she was short, aggressive, rude, condescending, and had a serious attitude towards me for some reason. I made it known I never ever want her touching me or my mouth again. I had to have an unexpected procedure done, a portion of it Dr. Hanna came in with a drill and because it was unexpected i was a little anxious, but I felt Nothing. He left "BECKY"!! to finish the process, but she was so aggressive it was hurting me alot and im letting her know it hurts, but that did not matter to her, and i needed the suction but she continued pressing and hurting me. She told me I didn't need xrays but left and came back with the xray machine and as i questioned it she ignored my question and stated she needed to hurry because someone else needed the machine . She took a piece of something off the counter and put in my mouth and when I questioned her about it being sterilized, she said it was sterile which was a lie. Never changed her gloves after touching stuff or leaving and returning. I asked for Dr. Hanna to report her, but she said he was busy so I went to the front counter and immediately let them know how disrespectful and aggressive and rude she was , she eventually came behind me to tell them that she already told Dr. Hanna, and the entire time she was talking to the lady at the desk, she was smirking at me with a silly grin on her face like nothing is going to happen to her. That smirk on her face let me know what she did, her horrible customer service and bedside manner and how she pushed the device hard to hurt me, and when I asked more than once for the suction and she pushed it to the roof of my mouth on purpose suctioning nothing to the point i had to grab it and do it myself, it was all Deliberate . BECKY!! does not deserve to work with that amazing team that Dr. Hanna has. She is rudeness and aggressive and needs an attitude adjustment. I would definitely know who your tech is when getting service here. I will definitely never allow "BECKY!!!!" to touch me ever again. I hope Dr Hanna sees this and makes the adjustment to his staff. I hope he has cameras everywhere and can view the tape of my visit. Smh 🙄🤔

I have been going to CDG for over 30 years and my experience yesterday was quite unsettling. I checked in and had a seat in the waiting area. The young lady at the desk came out and proceeded to ask me for payment in the waiting area (no one was in the waiting area). I replied I have never been ask to pay before I have seen the dentist or had any services done. She said that it might be busy when I got ready to leave. To that very comment I say BS. ( comment was not said to her just my thoughts) I then gave her my card and she proceeded to process the payment and it went through she brought my card back and said she emailed my receipt. My question is why she didn't wait until after my appointment was finished? Was it b/c of the color of my skin? What happened to privacy? At the end of the appointment they ended up having to reverse the charge and credited my card for over payment, perhaps they should have waited until my appointment was done. And guess what the reverse was where I usually pay. I don't particularly care for anyone disrespecting me . It makes me pause because in the 30 plus years that I have been going here I have never been treated like this. My service from Dr. Cuellar and his assistant was nice. However the front desk wasn't professional especially the young lady who ask for payment in the waiting area. For me this is an epic FAIL! This is not a good look. If payment needs to be paid up front please have enough RESPECT for your patience to do the payment where it usually is done. No exceptions. I fill like in in today's times it's important to take the time to be kind, courteous and above respectful to all people.
