We had just moved into a property and the cylinder in our house started to leak, I contacted the Boiler Co and received a reply within 24-48 hours, to which we started talking to Stephen. He responded fast via email and was very quick in getting round to our property to see what the issue was, turns out we needed a whole new cylinder but Stephen was polite, he explained everything to us, and he managed to install a new cylinder within the next couple days, the work he’s done is fantastic! He was very clean, very organised, well mannered, lovely to talk too. And the job was done to the highest standard at an amazing rate. We will defiantly be using this service again, thank you so much Stephen!

Steve arrived on time and disconnected our fire so we could get the chimney swept. He then returned to reconnect it and provided us with a safey certificate. Steve did a great job, is very reliable, i would recomend him.

Steve responded at very short notice to fix a central heating leak in a really awkward spot. He was professional, dilligent and kept us well informed about his progress throughout. Despite the challenging location and literal excavation required, Steve made sure everything was tidy and working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Steve has done quite a few jobs for us now, he is always honest and professional I can always trust he will do the job correctly and will not rip us off like some other contractors will. I wouldn't use any other gas engineer! Its refreshing to have a genuine, reliable contractor!

I arranged for Steve to install two nest thermostats to replace existing thermostats. He explained what would happen, and any possible issues before commencing the work. Steve was knowledgable, explaining how everything worked and how to set up. We obtained a few quotes with Steve providing a good price compared to some others. Additionally, Steve responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner, which I always see as an indication of the companies work ethic. On completion of the work which remained on the quoted price, Steve cleaned up and left the place spotless. If looking to install nest thermostats I would thoroughly recommend the company. . Rang on a Tuesday morning at 8am. They arrived at 09:15. Quickly diagnosed the fault and put a temporary fix in place to get my heating running. Returning on Thursday to fit a new part. Very pleased with the service and a very competitive price
