I recently had a fat freezing procedure done on my double chin as well as my upper and lower stomach, and I’m genuinely amazed by the results. The change in my chin alone has been incredible — it reduced from 16mm to 12mm, which has made a noticeable difference to my profile. My stomach results were even more impressive, going from 45mm to 25mm. The reduction has made my stomach look much flatter. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I’m really happy with how effective the treatment has been and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering fat freezing.

I went to the clinic about my "Mum-belt" and lost 4cm in 5 weeks. The treatment room was clean and relaxing and Charlie (the practicioner) was absolutely lovely and explained the procedure in detail. Can absolutely recommend this! Update: Went back for bra-line and double chin treatment and they both worked a treat. Charlie was wonderful and patient.

I visited the clinic for 3 sessions split 3-4 weeks apart. I was initially sceptical about whether it would work. I can see the results of this treatment which has really impacted my waistline, noticeably around my hips. I looked around for a while for a clinic and settled on Blythe. I was sceptical about fat freezing, and I originally looked into to last year, but decided I’d give dieting and exercising a bit more of a chance after having my third child. Oh what a regret now! I first visited Charles at The Blythe Clinic on the 28th of March where I was measuring 40MM of fat on my stomach and by the 5th May it had reduced to 27mm - Charles talked me through the process and put me at ease! I am absolutely over the moon with the results and the thought of getting into swimwear isn’t such a nightmare for me now! I can’t wait to see what my result will be in 5 weeks time! I did follow Charles instructions by avoiding caffeine and alcohol and drank the water and continued with healthy eat and exercise! If you’re thinking about booking, just book it! This treatment really works! After having just a couple of sessions I have lost inches on my body and over 1 stone in weight. Whilst going to the gym and eating healthier has really helped to accelerate my weight loss after having this done. The procedure does not hurt at all, it’s just a cold feeling on your body and a slight suction. Charles is a true gent & will go through everything will you. Make sure you go to the follow up appointments so you can be measured and check on your progress. Highly recommend Charles to anyone and after you have had your appointment you can get on with your day as normal 😀

Great experience and it really does work! I’ve always been self conscious about my ‘pouch’ on my tummy and one of the reasons why I’ve avoided wearing body con dresses. I’ve been on a weight loss journey over the last 12 months and despite having lost 1.5st/exercising like crazy I just couldn’t shift that pocket on my tummy. I’m now feeling super confident and happier in myself. It’s amazing what one small area of your body does to you psychologically.

I highly recommend the Blythe Clinic, a peaceful, clean clinic that is easy to find on Hove seafront. Charles is a reassuring and thoroughly professional clinician. He took time to explain everything clearly and check in with me to make sure I was comfortable or if I had questions. The treatment itself was painless, although it can be uncomfortable to start with. I was very pleased with the results, all treated areas are smoother and it has improved the bumpy cellulite on my thighs a lot! Really pleased. I followed all the advice to the letter; exercise, drink water and avoid coffee/ alchohol. Makes sense if you want to get the best results.

I had 5 areas of fat freezing carried out, which was done over 2 sessions. Firstly, the clinic is really easy to get to with lots of parking nearby which is a good start. Charles is a lovely person, very professional and he really put me at ease and explained the procedure to me so that I knew what to expect. He checked to make sure that I was okay throughout the treatment and made sure that I was comfortable also. He also explained the small amount of aftercare that I needed to do so that I knew how to get the most out of my sessions. After my 1st session, there was a noticeable difference, and I looking forward to the coming days to see what the 2nd session has helped with! I'd recommend The Blythe Clinic and would definitely return.

A warm welcome, Charles is a great practitioner! He is personable and a wonderful conversationalist, I have no qualms about recommending the clinic for comfort and ease. My procedure was painless, much like having an ice lolly resting on your tum :) I am not into pain, I certainly will be back for some more maintenance .
