We had seen recommendations for The Blind Man on the NextDoor app. Then we followed up with close friends in the neighborhood that also used them for their whole house. They were very satisfied.
Megan came to our house and helped us select shades for our primary bedroom to update the look. She was so easy to work with and her design and trend knowledge made the process turn key.
The products are high quality & look nice, function well. Megan was great: personable & helpful in choosing the best products. The reason for 4 stars & not 5 was that it took 10 weeks for installation after ordering & paying, twice. The 2nd time was to replace the bath blinds with fabric so space between the cover & wall would be eliminated. The company was accommodating, extending no extra charge. But 10 weeks again. I regret that the communication during the wait period was not better. But we’re happy with the final results! Love the dark bedroom!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. No Accountability with this business. I was a repeat customer from years ago after a satisfied job, fast forward to 2025 poor customer response, no Accountability for error with blinds, took months to correct issue. Austin overreached his abilities and offerings, ultimately did not produce what he advertised. Sister and Brother owned business so good luck fixing any issues or getting what you paid for in full upfron. You call the office and all poor Dalton can do is apologize and pass messages. Stephanie will respond but really she just sells you the product and passes it off. Will not be using again ever and would not recommend. Maybe since the Blinds company has expanded to lawn care and other projects, they cannot give the blinds service they did at one time. Too Big for good quality.

Overall I am very pleased with the The Blind Man's service. I needed blinds for my new construction home. Although the measurements for the patio doors was not done correctly resulting in another 5 weeks wait time, they were diligent in getting new ones ordered and installed. Justin was professional, knowledgeable and personable. The communication was excellent during the entire process. They did not ask for final payment until ALL blinds were installed and the customer was happy.

Seth from the Blind Man company came out and took measurements for my new room addition. He was very accommodating coming at a time that was convenient for me. He brought samples of the Blinds and explained how they would work. He told me how long it would take to get my blinds and assured me that they would follow up with me periodically while we wait. I recently met with Seth Stone with The Blind Man Co.I wanted window treatments for some tall windows across the front of my house. I needed advice on what type window treatments would work in these windows. Seth was very knowledgeable and was able to give me options that were appealing and that fit my budget.
