Excellent quality and appearace of bed. Customer service is top notch. Ash has really guided me from the initial inquiry until I received the bed. The delivery man (Fihar? I’m not sure if it is the correct name) was also really helpful and even gave me tips to easily assemble the bed. This will now be my go to shop if ever that I will need a bed again.
Brilliant bed at a great price, superb service and quick delivery. Ash was very knowledgable and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new bed, and would purchase again myself.

An asolutely gorgeous bed, made to a really high quality, love the design and colour! Ash and the team were incredibly helpful and checked in after delivery to make sure we had assembled everything and to offer any help. Delivery came really quickly and was nice and easy, with the delivery drivers offering advice too. The bed is so soft with a really nice material and absolutely gorgeous. Honestly couldn’t recommend Bed Village Yorkshire enough!
Ordering from them genuinely felt like ordering from a proper family-run business, rather than a big company where you’re just another order. Ash was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I called up to place my order and he was so helpful, answered all my questions and took the time to help me choose the best bed for my room and my personal needs. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed.
I ordered the Kettlewell Super King divan with the included pocket sprung mattress and I’m really happy with what I got, especially for the price. I think the price is really good for what you get.
Ash even called me the day before delivery to confirm everything and give me my delivery timeslot, which I thought was a really nice touch. I also paid a small extra fee to have the bed delivered and assembled, and the whole thing was done perfectly and right on time. The delivery driver was genuinely lovely and really kind as well.
He also took the time to explain how I could move and dismantle the bed myself in the future if I ever need to, which was really helpful and not something I’d necessarily expect from a delivery service.
The fact that it arrived just 7 days after ordering, especially considering I’m quite a long way away from Yorkshire, was amazing too.
I honestly have absolutely no complaints. The customer service, communication, delivery and value for money have all been brilliant. It’s been such a nice experience from start to finish.
I’d definitely order from Bed Village Yorkshire again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed. ❤️
Ash recommended this new style of bed for my elderly parents. We ordered the bed over the phone, every detail was offered! Never knew such choice was available. It was so easy, ordered and delivered and set up in 5 days! The material is high quality the bed is sturdy. The mattress is so thick and comfortable. My parents are delighted 🤩 we cannot praise the company enough their customer service is outstanding, patient ;well explained and not rushed. We will definitely use them again 😁.
I’ve just purchased a Ripon divan bed in the small double size (4’ or 120cms) and am delighted with the product - high quality and very well finished. I also selected the top quality mattress which is extremely comfortable. I found the manager Ash to be particularly helpful and obliging and I was very impressed by his obvious desire to provide the best possible customer service. Altogether, highly recommended and it’s all made in the UK and not China!

Absolutely amazing service at an unbelievable price. Ash was incredibly friendly and, even though they don’t have a show room, showed us different fabrics, headboard designs, and mattresses which made finding the perfect bed super easy. It took less than a week from order to delivery and they were super clear and communicative about when delivery would occur. Could not be happier with my new bed.
Sincere thanks to everyone at the Bed Village for my lovely new bed. The customer service was amazing, Abu helped me make the right choice, so glad I took his advice, spot on. Do not hesitate. Edinburgh/Naples/Sand/Ottoman
