I thought we had bed bugs so my husband got into contact with Ricky. Through a series of photos and videos Ricky told him they were actually not bed bugs- he could have told us anything and we would have believed him. The only thing I would have changed is that I should have contacted him immediately instead of going crazy all afternoon. Ricky- Thank you so much and hopefully we won't ever need your service but if we do, we will reach out!!

Ricky was super responsive and friendly! He was out here within a day of getting in touch. Came out to do a free inspection and it turned out we didn’t even have bed bugs— he was totally up front and honest and didn’t try to sell us on any unnecessary treatments or anything like that. Highly recommend if you are concerned about or know you have bed bugs.

Great experience with this company. Yesterday I saw a bug crawling on my headboard and of course I freaked out thinking that it was a bed bug so I called the Bed Bug Company since they are also located in Union. Spoke to Ricky and was able to get a K9 inspection (Rob) the next day. Rob came by with the K9 and thankfully no bed bugs were found in my home. I am very much relieved. Rob was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I now have a peace of mind. Thank you so much. Great job!

Called their line when we had a concern that a recent finding might be a bed bug and within 10 minutes we got a call back and a very quick friendly reply on whether our bugs were the dreaded bed bugs. Would absolutely call them again first if we encounter another scare.

Amazing and honest company. Contacted early in the morning and by 1pm had someone show up to confirm/decline bedbugs. Turns out it was something else and they directed me for treatment. I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

I had a great experience. My daughter discovered soon after a vacation, we brought a bed bug home with us. After being quoted 3K+ by some other companies for a heating service, I spoke to Ricky about the treatment his company uses. His service didn’t require upfront prep or a long period to be out of the house, it was also more affordable and effective. The issue was resolved after treatment.

He walked me through all my options and we set an appointment time for treatment. He is very prompt and provides clear instructions on next steps. This company is OUTSTANDING!! Ricky came the following morning for me, and very knowledgeably let me know exactly what the simply process would be to give me back my piece of mind…. Most importantly to me, NOTHING had to be “thrown out” as their treatment rids the issue quickly and away from the affected areas…. He was there for me early the next morning, and the treatment process as well as the “ok” to go back into my apartment was only a couple of hours…. I wish there were more than 5 Stars available to rate them because this company would deserve every one of them!!! Thank you again, Ricky and Family!!

I called this company at 11:30pm because my anxiety was through the roof! Technician Ricky calmly answered the phone and assured he could come to inspect the next day. Ricky was punctual, knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. He was also very honest as he saw no signs of the bugs in my apartment. However, the pictures that I showed him confirmed that they are. He sprayed my entire apartment so hopefully this issue is rectified soon, wherever they’re coming from. I will come back to write if things don’t get better, but I highly recommend this company based on professionalism and prompt responsiveness. Thank you Ricky!!!

I can not rave more about this company. I contacted them for bed bug inspection as a preventive measure after coming in contact with a family member who has them. Louis and his daughter also treated this family members home. This company is top notch, treats you like family, and goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions about bed bugs, which is a very stressful situation. I did not end up having bed bugs thankfully, but Louis still checked up on me after the fact. Just a wonderful company, run by amazing people.

We were sure that our daughter brought bedbugs home from college because she had them there and she had bites on her. Louis thoroughly inspected her mattress and room and was honest to tell us that he did not think that we had a bed bug problem. He called in a detection dog to ease our fears and the dog and her owner went through out our house and confirmed that we didn’t have a problem. This is an honest company that will not not take advantage of a customer and exterminate if it’s not necessary. We are very thankful for Louis’ honesty because exterminating bedbugs is very expensive!
