The Beauty Institute staff and it's students always aim to please you! I've been going there for about 6 months now. I will say this, your business helps the school to continue educating the students, so they can grow in knowledge and skills, and go on to be successful in the beauty industry. The students are getting supervised, hands-on training, while they're learning to be future hairstylists. This being the case, please keep in mind that it's possible that an appointment may run longer than a typical salon appointment. So you should go there with the understanding that you are benefiting by getting services at a discount, while the students are benefiting from the experience as well. It's a win - win scenario! If you're in a hurry or not feeling very patient, this may not be the choice for you. Personally, I enjoy my appointments at The Beauty Institute!

I enjoy my appointments here! Mr. B and the students are all really great! Personally, I like the relaxed, casual atmosphere here and everyone is attentive and friendly! I'm glad I decided to try them out. Now that I'm a retiree, coming here works within my budget. One thing you have to keep in mind is, you don't want to make an appointment when you have other commitments on a schedule. These are students that are just starting out and most of them have not gotten their speed up, yet. If you're going here, plan to spend a good part of your day here for your services. You're helping the students to get an education and become successful in their future occupation.
Let me start by saying GO THERE YOu WANT BE DISAPPOINTED. The instructor that look over the student always make sure the students doing a good job. He's always looking at their work n giving advice when needed. All the student I met was very nice n welcoming. And get this. The work they do is a reasonable price. They learning to improve themselves for when they go out in the public. Most of the student already no what their doing if not, They got the perfect instructor that do no what he's doing. N he got a very nice n pleasing attitude bout it all. I've been there a few times n always came out satisfied with the work they did on my hair. They don't only do hair. They will pamper u with other salon things that fit ur needs. Just go n c for yourself. U want leave unhappy.
