Best body shop on the Island !! Bill was awesome, professional and takes pride in what he does . My vehicle went in for a damaged bumper and was repaired to perfection. Bill treats you like family and is very responsive and communicates progress until your vehicle is finished . I highly recommend this shop!!

They handled the insurance claim seamlessly, which made everything completely stress-free for me. The service was truly 10/10, and everything was fixed in less than a week. My car looks brand new — you would never know it had been damaged. They even cleaned my car before returning it, which was such a nice touch! I highly recommend The Body Shop!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with the body shop. Bill handled everything from the beginning to the end. My wife's car was hit while it was parked at work. I contacted Bill right away. He handled everything from filing the claim with the other driver's insurance company to the rental car.
From past experiences with other body shops, I was expecting the car to take 3 to 4 weeks to fix. Bill had the car ready for us in less than a week.
He also had the car rental come to the shop and handle all paper work for us when we got there. Previously, I would always have to wait for the rental to pick us up and bring us back to their offices. This was seamless. We just provided our license, looked over the rental and drove away without having to leave the shop.
This will always be my go to for any autobody work.
The Body Shop is an excellent business. They handled my repairs professionally, quickly, and efficiently, and when I got the vehicle back it looked better than new. They also helped handle the rental vehicle and made the entire process painless. If you need body work repairs this is the best option.
I hope you never need a body shop—but if you do, I highly recommend The Body Shop and especially William Rich. William could not have been more accommodating. I needed to get my vehicle towed to him after hours, and he actually gave me his cell number and told me to call when I was five minutes away so he could come back to the shop and drive me home. I didn’t ask him to do that—he offered. My wife ended up picking me up, but that kind of above-and-beyond service is incredibly rare these days.
And the great service didn’t end there. William stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, sending texts at every step so I always knew what was happening. In the end, the car was totaled and no repairs were done, but I did see some of the finished jobs on site and they all looked absolutely brand new.
Bottom line: William truly made a stressful situation a whole lot less stressful. I can’t recommend him and The Body Shop enough.
