We used The Attic Guys twice for our home, once to clear the attic and replace the insulation up to the current standards, and another time to partially board our loft space and fit a loft ladder. I cannot fault them. Excellent communication throughout and the efficiency and quality of their work is exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
The guys did a great job from Survey to finish. Steve understood our requirements on the survey quickly and suggested us multiple solutions based on the level of spend we wanted to commit to. The team who came out for the job were punctual, friendly and left the place as clean as they found it. They engaged with me when they needed to to make decisions but apart from that, got on with their work quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Professional and a pleasure to work with
Very pleased with the work done boarding out our loft, and would happily recommend them to others. After an initial thorough survey the quote provided a range of options for us to match to our budget. Once we'd made a decision the work was booked in very quickly and went very smoothly. The two fitters were on time, kept us in the loop with what they were up to throughout, and completed the job in the estimated time. When the need for some additional work became apparent, the team explained what & why, again gave us some options, and wrapped the extra work into the project.

Very efficient, experienced and helpful in planning, amazing team of workers who clearly take pride in their work, were punctual, careful, considerate and cleared rubbish and cleaned up at the end of each day. Absolutely delighted with our loft boarding and wrapping from The Attic Guys. Communication was excellent, the survey was efficient, and we quickly agreed the very competitive quote after discussing a few options.
The team arrived exactly on time at 8am just a week after the survey and the project was completed the next day. The guys were very considerate to us and carefully protected carpets, hallways and belongings. They worked really solidly all day, cleared away rubbish continuously and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Everyone was polite, friendly and clearly very experienced and efficient.
The final result is excellent – could not be happier. Highly recommended The Attic Guys.

New hatch, flooring, insulation
Would happily recommend this company. The initial meeting and quote was clear and precise and I felt that I was given clear details and itemised work plan. The work was carried out in one day and very pleased with the results and will certainly use them again when expanding the floor space further.
If it goes well for you, all good. But if something goes wrong after you’ve given them decent money… good luck.
They did the job on short notice, generally good job in the loft and happy with the work from the team with exception of the hatch door. The door was incorrectly fitted and inevitably broke 10 months later. Considering I use it 1-2 times a month… take what you can from that.
No bother, these things happen. I contacted Stuart multiple times to inform him, and ask if someone can pass by to check it out / replace. Poor comms no result, no replacement. I followed up with video messages showing him the issue, and kept asking him where I can even just buy the broken piece so I can replace myself… still no help. I called him out and he said I was just trying to get a freebie… no mate, you did a bad job, took the money and washed your hands. All I did was ask for basic customer service.
Anyway that’s my experience, use them if you like but a bit of a joke.

However I am not happy with how you were dealt with when you brought this to our attention as our protocol is to have a fitter out within a few days to fix anything that may need attention (to be honest we hardly ever get any call backs and it’s only ever a light or a latch on a hatch)(which is always sorted out as a matter of urgency ) but I will investigate this matter for you personally

We had Darren and Dave come to do our install. They arrived in good time and cracked on straight away. Floor protection was put down and off they went.
They worked like Trojans the pair of them. Well impressed with the work ethic.
They got all our stuff down and put it in our garage. The old boarding and insulation came out as did a bit of leftover spray foam (we had to pay a bit extra for this but it was worth it just to have it done and dusted).
We had to go into a second day and this was to finish the clear out.
The new insulation and re-boarding was next to go in. A new loft hatch and ladder was also installed, very smart it is too!
We were very impressed with the finish of the loft boarding it is 100% better than it was.
The clean up at the end of each day was good but there is a lot of dust so be prepared - it's the nature of the job and we didn't expect Dave to go round with a duster.
Would we recommend The Attic Guys?

I mostly rely on Google to find the most suitable business to do whatever the job needs doing. I had to get my loft done and it needed a lot of cleaning. I contacted the Attic Guys and I am very pleased with the whole expirience, very respectful with the property, protecting the carpet and vacuum cleaning afterwards, very nice.
