The 3 gentlemen that helped me with my issue were promt and curtious. They installed the updates I needed. The issue I had with Revit crashing when I opened a file took a while to resolve but, they were eventually successful. It turned out to be a 3rd party software [Keynote Manager] that was causing the program to crash. Disabling the 3rd party software allowed Revit to open without incident.
Had a link issue I though the spam filters were blocking. I put in a ticket to have it unblocked. IT folks white listed the link. The link still failed to open. I called back and a tech got with me quickly and solved the issue. They explained the problem and got me going. Very helpful. They will get you secure and running smoothly.
Justin was extremely rude to work with on multiple occasions.

AJ was able to find the issue and immediately begin the process to get me back online. AME, the afternoon prior had shutdown my access to my laptop. After speaking with AJ I was back online quickly with a thorough understanding of what had happened. I couldn't be more please with his work in getting my up and running again.

Ive been having problems with security cameras freezing up on my screen . The tech was very helpful and took care of the problem.

My laptop would not log onto the local WIFI network.
After trying to fix it remotely, I went in to the main building where your worker on site helped fix it.
As he was trying things, he was explaining what he was doing. This was helpful to me. I was eager to learn what I might try in the future, should a similar incident occur.
