Hi this review is a bit late coming but I was an Alevel student who had done Alevel maths in 2024 and got a B when I was hoping for an A or above, I needed this for med school but I didn t get it.When I was looking for ways to private study I had found the A level Maths tutor through an old teacher of mine.When I had the talk with Andy and discussed how maths was taught here I was pleased with how flexible it was and how effective one hour lessons were at improving my maths.Let me clear I could have tried to retake my Alevel without tutoring one on one and without the group sessions but there is very important guidance given by experienced teachers who know what is needed to get those high grades, who can provide and teach students at any caliber to reach their dream grades.The support given is incredible and the bond formed with your teacher helps you so much in motivation, seeking aid, finding resources and just having help when you don’t know who to turn to for it. Let me just say this, if you don’t put in the work don’t spend your money here it wont help I got my A grade and got into university of Southampton medical school because I worked with my tutor (Andy) and contributed in the group sessions if you DO NOT DO THE WORK this is useless for you. Success for Grades starts with YOU and these people at the Alevel Maths tutor are some of the best teachers I have seen. So with that in mind if you have a dream to get a high grade in your exams, want to improve your grade so you can get into university or feel like you just need support and help these guys are here for it and incredible.I would go looking nowhere else but here and YouTube ( lets be honest yt has lots of good stuff for maths)

Andy is an amazing Maths tutor! He really helped boost my confidence and understanding of the subject. I liked how the lesson was structured, as we were given time to think instead of having the answers handed to us. This allowed us to really understand how to approach exam-style questions. When improvements were given, they were more impactful and easier to remember.

I had Steve Raine as my maths tutor during the build up to A-levels. I had a very positive experience overall, he helped me target specific topics as well as broader understanding, even though we didn't have as much time before exams as he usually works with. I went from a disappointing C grade in my most recent mocks to 2 marks off an A* in my A-level exams. I'm very grateful for Steve's help, would definitely recommend.

I would massively recommend The A level Maths Tutor, especially Steve! My sessions with Steve were always so structured, allowing him to identify and work on my weaker areas, whilst still regularly practising and strengthening everything in between. I had access to so many practice materials in and out of our sessions, and in the end managed a to boost my grades up 2 almost 3 grades!

Before joining the A level maths tutor course I was stuck at Bs and now I have come out with an A in the real exam and I am so happy. I took part in the group sessions weekly which Andy ran where he would provide many exam style questions offering guidance on how to tackle any questions we were stuck on but also encouraged attempting the question first on our own. Without Andys help I would have struggled in the exams but thanks to this course I had a structured revision plan with an endless amount of exam style questions for effective revision and practice. I would definitely recommend this course.
