I would really recommend Andy as a maths tutor, particularly the group sessions which I partook in. Andy has always been really encouraging despite me finding maths my most difficult A-level. His tutoring has helped me massively grow in confidence and feel more prepared as I completed my exams recently. Andy’s tutoring is a really good option for anyone looking to build up their exam skills and improve their grade whilst feeling supported and as though it is possible to achieve a good grade!

Would highly recommend. My daughter has had over 5 different teachers which has not been ideal but after having tutor sessions with Steve she has improved a lot. He has helped her on topics she doesnt understand and has also pre taught her topics so she understands.

Andrew has tutored my son from the end of year 12 from a very low B prediction where a secure A was required for degree level ECON. We are pleased we 'went early' because the increased confidence through the summer holidays paid dividends into year 13. We appreciated his no nonsense straight to work approach. My son Teddy said 'Andrew gave focus to each week, and corrected all the poor methods which would send him in the wrong direction, and also likely to be difficult to mark and drop scores'. Couldn't recommend enough, it was money well spent!

Andy is a fantastic tutor. My son went from a D in his year 12 mock to an A☆ in his alevel. He has excellent teaching methods and my son has learnt a lot in a relatively short space of time.

I began working with Jill in the second year of my a-levels to bring me up to speed after falling behind in maths after Covid and lockdowns. Jill is really friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I was made to feel super comfortable in the one on one sessions where I could ask anything I’d felt reluctant to ask in class. Andy has been helping my son with his A level Maths for a year now. He is professional and very organised. My son enjoys his lessons and his results have been steadily improving.

Since July of 2021 I have been having lessons with Andy in order to help me to improve my maths grade. During the session he was very helpful and worked through questions with me. We also did lots of exam style questions and exam papers which helped me to understand what examiners were looking for. This all helped me to achieve an A in maths at A-level and helped me to get into university.

Since starting with Pete, Roshan has significantly improved his confidence and motivation to learn. He had always loved maths but since starting A level, during lockdown, he has struggled to keep up and questioned whether he should have chosen it. Once he started with Pete he stated that he had got back his love of maths within only a few sessions. He said that he is more proactive in class lessons now and his test results certainly improved. Pete is clearly a motivational teacher who really understands how students learn.
