My experience with AIM has been Awesome . I Started about 8 months ago. I was in severe pain from many accidents and was getting no relief. I started shock wave with laser treatments and slowly They have helped me to recover and regain mobility and strength to the level of that before all my accidents. I suffered from lyme disease and several co-infections since 2011. Over the years I have seen just about every naturopath or holistic practice in the area. Dr. Andy is by far the best I have seen. He is brilliant, kind, patient, not pushy, and very open minded. He recommended the hyper baric chamber for some of my neurological issues (brain fog, poor memory) and that has done wonders for my brain. For some arthritis and inflammation issues in my hands and right ankle, he suggested PRP and A2M combo injection, along with shockwave therapy. The constant pain in my left thumb disappeared. Finally, he has been amazing with gut health and repair after many years of heavy anti-biotics from a different doctor. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Andy and his practice.
I really can’t say enough positive things about the AIM Clinic. I first came for a consultation with Steve about a year ago. At that time, I had been fighting Lyme and co-infections for three years, and had additionally been newly diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos. I had tried just about every antibiotic under the sun for Lyme and while the antibiotics helped my joint and nerve symptoms, they destroyed my gut, and I was struggling to tolerate them. I was feeling very hopeless.
Steve listened patiently to all my symptoms and reviewed my test results carefully, then explained my options, never pushing any particular treatment. Within a few months of beginning treatment at the AIM Clinic, I began to see clear improvement, and I’m grateful to say I've made a lot of improvement over the last year due to my treatments at the clinic. I still experience ups and downs, I'm not yet back to my pre-illness baseline and I'm not sure whether that's possible for me, but overall I have less pain and discomfort, less shortness of breath, can walk further, can do more things on my own due to increased energy, and have improved digestion. Yes, some of the treatments can be difficult to afford, some more than others (likely because they’re very new and not available elsewhere), but they have helped me a lot without upsetting my stomach. Even my rheumatologist, a traditional MD who doesn't believe in Chronic Lyme Disease, said he felt I had made clear improvement in the past year at my most recent appointment.
Everyone at the clinic, from the nurses (shout-out to Brandy!), to the reception staff, is conscientious, kind, knowledgeable, and treats patients / clients with the utmost respect. Additionally, the AIM Clinic is located near a pretty little historic town with nice cafes and a very unique flower shop, where you can putter around for a little while to stretch your legs if you have a long drive to and from the clinic.

Going into the AIM clinic drastically helped my concussion before I went in my symptoms were so bad I could hardly leave room or look at bright lights without becoming nauseous over the course of the 7 to 10 sessions I gradually felt better and better and by my 10th I had nearly no lingering issues. The hyperbaric chamber was crucial to my speedy recovery and also helped me to reset after having issues due to over use of my brain during school. The team at the AIM clinic made me feel comfortable and helped me by staying slightly after close to help make sure I get the full treatment. I would recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with concussions as it helps the healing during but also prevents lingering side effects. Personally once I was healed I have had no side effects that lingered past my concussion.

I have been receiving treatment at the Aim Clinic for the past few years…most recently for a pinched nerve in my neck as well as issues with both shoulders = arthritis and rotator cuff. I went into the AIM clinic after being told by doctors that my health (long-COVID) is as good as it will get and that I needed to accept my quality of life (or lack thereof).
