Any question me and partner has his response time was so quick even when he was busy he still find away to give us and answer which most people wouldn’t do. He kept in regular contact with us and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing and helping us prepare for this exciting journey. I highly recommend this mortgage advisor Paul to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and highly skilled professional. I couldn’t be happier with the service. My experience with ‘The Mortgage Store’ has been a positive one from start to finish. Very early on in the process Paul understood what product I needed and was able to find it. His advice was always readily available and easy to understand. The booking an appointment system on the website is really helpful being able to make an appointment at a time that’s suits you is great. Throughout the whole fact finding and mortgage application and finally receiving a mortgage offer I was kept informed and updated on the whole process. I have done and will continue to recommend the mortgage store and Paul to others.

He explained everything in a way I could understand and was always happy to answer any questions I had.
