I am so glad to have That Tech Jeff on my team. As I've told my son, I have a "computer guy". It's like having a full-blown IT department at my disposal. On several occasions, he has quickly made himself available to address scary messages, which appeared legit, but were "urgent" and threatening, but smelled funny to me. Jeff quickly diagnosed the problems and resolved them, and advised what to do if they happened again, including inviting me to call back if need be. I hope I never have to put him on speed dial, but, believe me, I treasure his contact info.
