Years ago I stumbled onto Jeff's website and from that first time we spoke to now I have nothing but respect for Jeff and the way he does business. I never really trusted anyone before Jeff to dig into my computers and basically my life. He is a great guy on top of all that. I, on occasion throw Jeff a humdinger of a problem and to date he has always figured it out. It might take more than the booked time allotted, but he sticks with it and he has never charged me more than the price quoted. I had to replace a hard drive in one of my computers and he guided me through it and then finished up the hard stuff on line. Honestly, I doubt you could find a better, more trustworthy computer tech. I highly recommend "That Tech Jeff " I hope you never retire Jeff.
Jeff came to my rescue again, as he always does. With all the crap that Microsoft is throwing our way with the changes in most everything, my Outlook quit working. I am old and really hate change and I love Outlook so Jeff in a matter of minutes fixed it. I often watch him on the monitor as he works and it is amazing how fast and good he is. I am not a complete dummy with computers but watching him work makes me feel like a dummy. When I ask him a question about computers and such I trust him completely. His advise has always been sound. Thanks again Jeff for saving the day.

I've used Jeff for 10 plus years now, and quite simply he's the bast IT I've ever used, that includes large firm in-house IT personnel...His rates are ridiculously low and doesn't matter if it takes him 3 times the anticipated time to repair something the price stands...I wish all the consultants I use were as thorough, courteous and professional as Jeff...I wish I could give him 10 stars...
Jeff saved my computer. I was in the U.S. on vacation when my laptop stopped working. That said, I had to continue working from abroad. I was in dire need of a computer tech. Jeff was not only available when I needed him, but his patience and problem-solving skills were commendable. I will continue using him when in need, even from overseas.
