Great professionalism! I am fully satisfied with the service provided and the customer support I received. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A serious and reliable agency that I highly recommend. It’s important to remember that reputable agencies charge a fair price, proportional to the service and responsibility they take on: don’t choose based solely on saving money, especially in the most recent period, characterized by stricter controls on extensions and stay renewals, entries and exits from the country, visa runs, and more generally by a more rigorous enforcement of regulations concerning long-term stays in Thailand and the different types of visas required depending on each specific situation. As far as I’m concerned, the value for money was excellent, and I had a very positive experience.

I was worried about trying a new agency this year. However, for my Non-O Thai visa Centre in Spectacular Fashion provided clear instructions from the beginning and throughout the entire process. Thai Visa Centre was recommended to me by a friend whose company has used their services for several years. Ms. Grace from TVC walked me through the process every step of the way. She was kind and patient in answering the many questions I had. TVC assisted in my procurement of a "Non-O" visa as well as a renewable retirement visa. I highly recommend their services particularly for those who may be unsure of how to navigate through the rules and regulations involved with obtaining a long term visa.

Fantastic experience. I've worked with other agents over the years and this was by far the best of them all. Very quick service, prompt replies to my questions and clear instructions. I sent my passport to them for a Non-O retirement extension and everything was done and passport back in my hands just 3 days! Highly recommend.

When exploring options for obtaining a Thai Non-O retirement visa I contacted several agencies and tracked the results in a spreadsheet. Thai Visa Centre had by far the most clear and consistent quality of communication and their rates were only slightly more than the other agencies which were proving difficult to understand. After selecting TVC I made an appointment and traveled to Bangkok to begin the process. The staff at Thai Visa Centre were absolutely amazing, and working at the highest standards of competence and professionalism. The entire experience was extremely easy and shockingly fast. I will be using TVC for all future visa service. Thank you!
