I had a 1 hour 2-in-1 (back, neck, shoulder and foot) massage last week done by Nida. I was recommended to come here by a friend. Nida listened to what I needed and she delivered! I felt so rejuvenated afterwards. Thank you to the staff for the lovely card and chocolates (sorry for mentioning my birthday last minute - I wasn't expecting any gifts)! Will definitely return here in the future!

Usually a really really good place but if you get one certain person it’s complete waste of money. She puts the fan on, drops things like the stones, makes so much noise in the room, doesn’t massage and just puts oil on your body. She keeps going to move the fan to face her, I had goosebumps with the cold air blowing on me. Really disheartening and frustrating to pay so much and get such bad results. Waste of money and time. The other staff are fantastic and really helpful and kind. This staff provably needs to be taken off or to advertise as offering just oil appliance with light strokes.

I came here for the first time for a deep tissue massage and it was the firmest, most effective massages ive ever had! My shoulders and back were my main area of concern and the massage therapist listened carefully and worked out so much of the built up stress and tension from them! Would recommend

Me and my husband had the couples hot stone massage today and loved every second of it, we didn't want it to end! All of the staff were very friendly and the massages were excellent. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing too. Can't wait to come back!

Had a 60 minute sports massage at Ruen Thai yesterday. From start to finish the massage was phenomenal. I told the therapist that my calves and leg muscles were particularly tight from a lot of running and by the end of the session my muscles were so much more loose and are no longer cramping up Eveytime I tense them. The atmosphere was very calming and tiger balm and other products were used making me so relaxed. At the end of the massage they used hot towels, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed with my muscles happy with some much needed attention. I will 100% be back to this place , can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely fabulous experience today. I came in with terrible knots, a bad neck and what felt like bad posture. I had 90 minutes with hot stones and can’t honestly thank Fon enough for her service. You can tell she’s had years of experience in the field and huge attention to detail. I can’t wait to book again! This has ended my year fabulous and being able to get properly into training again. Normally quite good massage and have previously put 5 stars, but I’ve noticed the quality is nowhere near as good if you go late in the evening and tonight, I probably had one of the worst massages I have ever had. It’s a shame because some of the girls there are really talented, but tonight was simply very bad.

It was provided by an experienced therapist who is nonetheless new to us and we have discussed your response with her. We do suggest that regular customers ask the name of a therapist with whom they feel comfortable and request her when rebooking; this helps to establish a reliable relationship. We have also stressed to our therapists the importance of maintaining quality throughout a shift but they are human and an early rather than an evening session is a prudent choice when feasible.
