I had a thai massage with Noppadone. He was very experienced with a lot of techniques to release tension. He was quickly able to identify my trigger points and problem areas, so that the session was very helpful. He did use a lot of pressure and force as necessary, but for my body, that is what is required so I appreciated it. He always was asking if I was okay, so I could tell him at any time.

Everyone should give this method a try especially if they have any ongoing body pain or issues. The venue is relaxing and lovely and the therapy is mindful, intentional and helpful. Highly recommended. Grant is very knowledgeable, intuitive and caring. The professional dancers at Free Flow Dance Theatre are looking forward to having him help keep them fit and dancing throughout our 2026 season.
