Roger was very supportive and helpful when I brought in my at the time recently purchased vehicle during the initial quoting & inspection process, what I wasn't pleased about was the absurd amount of money I did end up being quoted --(this is good time to mention that most fo the issues were non-essential issues, which were included in the quote, the main issues were rack and pinion, power steering line, sway bars, etc. All parts less than $1000 overall for essential issues)--, and than being told that I would be better off scrapping my vehicle under the guise of safety purposes.... now while I think its honorable that TGK looks out for their costumers, contrary to the reccomendation, I was able to get my vehicle completely fixed, road ready, and more importantly SAFE, and for less than half of the $5,000 quote I was given. Overall the costumer service was phenomenal, my only issue was that they did not try to work with me in formulating a plan to fix everything in a flexible manner based on priority, rather that they just told me I might just look to scrap the vehicle.

customer service was horrible/rude and they were mad I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. I don’t recommend going here.

Russ was extremely helpful and considerate when discussing a plan for my truck. I brought it in and Russ listened to my concerns and understood that I needed to know what major issues were going on with my suspension (struts, shocks, sway bar, ball joints, etc). At a very reasonable price, Russ’ crew did a vehicle inspection underneath my truck, then Russ gave me his recommendations. We had a great convo and he was upfront and honest about what he thought I should do. I felt very comfortable knowing that Russ (and his crew) had my back and weren’t going to rip me off. Most vehicle technicians would’ve completely taken advantage of me and the situation with my truck. I will be going back to Russ in the very near future! He definitely gained my trust and respect. I HIGHLY recommend Russ and his crew at TGK Auto in Champlin. Thank you Russ and crew!!!
I have had some complicated repairs on my Jeep and TGK has always been great with communication. Even when they need to change their plan midway or find something new, they explain every step and why on the phone and also have helpful links that show videos and photos of exactly your vehicle. They are also clear about their costs throughout. Would definitely recommend
