If you are new to the carpet cleaning industry or even if you’re a seasoned pro, I would highly recommend a chat with Mark at Texatherm. Not only are the machinery and chemicals world leading, it’s the after sales help that really sets them apart. From a Texatherm industry only Facebook group, where you are not only welcomed by members but more importantly you are not put down for asking simple questions (if you’ve been on other forums you’ll know what I’m talking about). The professional and personal manner, plus expertise of Mark (owner) and Matthew (technician) are honestly the best I’ve ever received. I’ve been with Texatherm now for 6 years as a carpet cleaner and I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I had an issue with my carpet cleaning machine and with a job booked in the next day, Mark insisted he make room on a Friday morning. He would not let me leave until the machine was running perfectly. It took the best part of the day. Matthew worked hard with mark to ensure the issues were resolved. He didn’t charge for a number of parts, despite my insistence, because in his words, “you’re a loyal customer and we look after you” Thanks Mark and Matthew for your continued help, both with the machinery and also your expertise with carpet cleaning.

Where to start. . 10/10 for Mark/John & theTexatherm system. I've been in the carpet cleaning game nearly 10 years now and have gone from machine to machine to machine, with endless vacs pumps and costly repairs. I'm very mechanically minded and like to know and understand how my machine works. Mark and the EMV201 is by far the most advanced and underrated machine I have ever set my hands on. I wont be going to any other brand or system as I have found what I have been looking for for 10 years. Initially I could only afford the medium package but 3 weeks later and I've just paid in full for the pro full setup and so so happy. I have never felt so secure and competent with my services. I truily feel finding this shop, this man and this machine has changed the direction and future of my own business. Nothing is too much, nothing is a bother. Anyone reading this get there, use one, and be prepared to be wowed. This really is the Tesla of Portables and I truily believe it can beat truckmounts all day long for quality, drying times and stain removal. The industry firsts on the EMV201 is hugely impressive AND the faults that lay in most or all previous available portable machines are simply gone. It sells itself. I cant big them up enough. After deciding to start a business as professional carpet cleaner I spent ages looking at various equipment and suppliers. I am SO glad I made the decision to use Texatherm Systems. Not only are their machines and products first class, they are extremely friendly and professional, and their training is top notch. I bought a start up kit which included a 1 day course. As I am completely new to this industry this training was invaluable. I have now done a few domestic carpet cleaning jobs and the results are absolutely outstanding. Amazing Experience, People and company you want to work with, Honesty and Integrity in everything they do. Having completed my handover after spending the day with Mark and John at the Texatherm HQ, I honestly can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Their knowledge of the products, the pioneering technology that they have developed and the business as a whole is second to none. The after sales advice and guidance has also been brilliant. Having had no experience of this industry prior to my visit I was a little worried how I would get on once I had to go it alone. I needn’t have been. Any questions I’ve had (big or small) since have been answered for me by either John or Mark straight away. Excellent customer service, Mark & John honestly couldn’t be more helpful, I have been using the equipment & their chemicals for over 3 years now and always achieve fantastic results, leaving customers over the moon. Going back to the customer service, I phoned up the office today and spoke with Mark regarding some information I required about one of their products, he took the time out of his day to spend about 30 minutes on the phone with me answering and explaining everything throughly and clearly leaving me very confident. I have been up to Texatherm many times for training courses & annual services and have been met with open arms, I actually enjoy going to see them all! I made the mistake of using a different company’s solutions when I first started up, I had several call backs and couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong, I now know that by using badly manufactured solutions things can really go bad, since using Texatherm’s solutions I haven’t had any of these problems, they’re fantastic! If anyone is looking to get into the industry then you can’t go wrong with Texatherm. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
